So now your ready for the kickflip but really this is just my personal opinion of what I find easier out of kickflip and Heelflip.

So with the kick flip your going to have to put your foot in the position you would do an Ollie and your other foot
In the middle of the board but your foot slanted to the side.

With your back foot pop like an Ollie and with your front foot slide to the side (😎) and push your foot away from the board so you can let it rotate and btw if your regular your going to be sliding to the left if your goofy then to the right just pointing that out anyway make sure the back foot stays undo the board once it's rotated the whole way just to stop it from over rotating or landing primo and then bring your front foot back round and you got it!!!!!!

Ok so easier said than done now for the common problems, ok let me point this out there are ALOT of common problems when it comes to the kickflip but I'm gonna go threw the most common ones.

The first one is is that your putting your back foot straight to the ground and catch it with your front foot, ok now there are two problems with this the first is you never! Catch kickflips with your front foot and second you not jumping!! With any trick you always need to be above the board so start jumping next to it first once you've flicked it and your about to land just jump next to it to repair the horrible back foot curse!

The second one is your either under or over rotating it easy just flick a bit harder if it's only half flipping or flick a bit less if it's over flipping.

The next one is your jumping ahead of it and the easy way to fix that is to practice getting the board in front of you instead of it being the other way around.

And last the issue I had with kickflips is the dreaded toe drag land (dun dun duuunnn!?!?) I hated this it screwed me over so bad because every time I would do a kickflip my back foot would move next to the board and my heel would only land of the board and I would land in toe drag 😤😤.
I would recommend trying both methods of what I'm about to tell you.
The first is you probably not popping your board straight down so make sure you do that.
Now this is probably what your doing that's causing you to land in toe drag
When your setting up to do the kickflip you looking next to you board and your body is leaning over the board you need to look at your feet or even try and look at the behind part (grammar) of your board like in between your feet and your posture should straighten up a bit and with both those steps put together you should land it

Wow that was a long one hope you enjoyed this part I tried to out as much detail in as possible also go to my channel and subscribe if you can I'm nearly up to 100 subscribers so it would help me out!!!!
