✿Gabby's P.O.V

"Meet me at 'LUXURIOUS' In 2." Chris headed to his undercover car which was an all black matted Honda car. He used his garage remote to close his garage and I peeked inside a little where it revealed half of his Mercedes-AMG R50. Woah! I thought. But, it closed so fast I wasn't even able to get a great image of it.

"We don't have time." I heard him say entering his car. You couldn't even see him through the dark glass windows. On the other hand, mine were regular windows that were able to be seen. I'm starting to change my mind over this guy. When I looked back at his direction he was gone. Maybe if I had payed attention I would have noticed, So I hurried up into my car and tried getting to the location as soon as possible.

---

I pulled up in the curb but, I didn't see Chris at all. Probably he went in with out me. For a better view, I stepped out of my undercover car and searched around for Chris but.. he was no where to be found neither his car. I watched random people pass me getting to their destination, most of them were rushing at 12:00? Probably something's up, I said in my head. I walked closer to my location where a yellow sign hung "LUXURIOUS" , It was a huge bricked-hotel with countless shiny glass windows. The entrance door was a sliding glass door and golden hinges. It looked pretty expensive. This guy must have money.

I stepped inside through the sliding doors greeted with cool air and a lavender candle smell that reminded me of my cousin Lola's bedroom. I used to kick in there in my high school days. Petiont High-one of the best high schools in Burke city.

"Hello welcome to 'LUXURIOUS'!" A bald-headed man with a long shaggy beard said to me, holding sweets in a little small glass plate. "Would you--"

"I would love to sir but, I'm kind of in a hurry of catching a Criminal." I said pulling out my badge.

He lowered the plate and opened his mouth. "I'm sorry ma'am a criminal you say?" his eyes widened.

"Yes." I walked away swiftly trying to not budge in a whole long conversation with this man I barely even know. I knew I couldn't pass the lobby manager. But, the whole badge-thingy worked out pretty well on him. he just nodded and continued to do his paperwork and non-stop phone calls. The hotel was huge, anyone could get lost in here pretty quickly. Jonathan Welch was a smart man. He probably hide bodies and money somewhere secretly.

"Yes Sir we'll have someone right out on the way. Please be patient." I heard the Lobby Manager say before I entered the elevator.

I pulled out my phone and went on my messages to find Kevin's message about the room door which was 310. I pushed the third floor that lit up and the next thing I knew the elevator was moving a little too fast for me.

I looked down at my black heeled-boots that were above brown dirty elevator floor, it smelled like alcohol and school nurse offices, the walls looked like they just got repainted with a nude color and brown flower designs in the center.

Ding! The elevator opened while I smoothed down my blouse leaving the elevator. There were 3 halls to go to. One on my right, left, and in back of me, the first door I looked at had the number 301. I'm guessing it's right then. Walking to the right hall my phone chimed in my pocket. I pulled out my phone speeding up my pace a bit. I had one text message from Chris which said:

CHRIS: Where the hell r u? I need you.

When he said "I need you" I felt my heart lit up a little in excitement. Seriously Gabby what are you doing? I said to myself.

Instead of texting Chris back I just sped up my walk and got there in no time.

310.....

I pulled out my gun and noticed the door was already opened, I saw the darkness through the peeks of the room. Taking a couple of breaths I reached for my small flashlight in my back denim jean pocket and walked in pushing the door slightly and revealing a messy, nice home. Weird huh? But if you'd actually seen this house it was OMG and eww at the same time.
