"That was lovely mother, thankyou" I smiled, wiping any remainder of food away with my napkin.

" No problem, dear. Now, I baked some cookies for the new neighbours as a welcome, could you please take them over whilst I wash up?" I was about to object when my mother had already left the room.

Huffing, I grabbed the hot cookies off the counter and began to walk out of the house.

I hope they're nice, I can't stand moody people, so be warned that I am not responsible for my actions if you annoy me.

Their house looked exactly like mine, except they had two garages instead of one.

Pressing the doorbell, I lightly tapped my foot on the concrete, waiting patiently.

I could hear shuffling from inside and a few voices until I could hear the key jangle In the lock, someone obviously unlocking the door.

The door opened revealing the most gorgeous eyes I had ever seen.

It was the guitar boy who is seen in the garden earlier! And damn was he looking better than ever.

I must have been staring because he began to wave a hand In front of my face. As I became aware, my cheeks instantly flamed.

" H-hello, um, I live next door and we've just moved in. My mom baked you some cookies" I said pointing to the tray in my hands. Why am I stuttering? Get it together Isabella.

The boy smiled cutely, reviling his dimples. "Ah, my mom told me that we would have new neighbours, I'm Bradley, but you can just call me Brad" Brad said, holding his hand out for me to shake.

I smiled, blushing, whilst taking his hand in mine and shaking it. " Isabella" I replied.

I noticed Brads eyes looking up and down. Was he checking me out? I looked down and saw I was still holding the cookies. If it was even possible, my cheeks reddened more.

Of course he wasn't checking you out Isabella, he wanted his damn cookies.

" Oops, oh yeah, the cookies!" I nervously laughed, handing them over which he gladly took.

" Thankyou, would you like to come in? My mom has just finished baking some brownies, we could have a big feast!" He grinned, his eyes lighting up.

As much as I wanted to, I declined. " I would love to Brad, but I really have to get back. Maybe we could do this another time though?" I asked hopefully.

I thought I could see a hint of disappointment in his eyes, but his usual sparkle quickly replaced it. " Sure! It was lovely meeting you!"

"You too!" I waved, tuning around to walk back to my house. As I heard the door close behind me, butterflies erupted in my stomach, making me grin like a Cheshire Cat.
