Toni POV: Today is our court day. Me and Kenny have been separated and working with our lawyers. Today we're going to the court to see if the judge would finalize our divorce.  I also have me a new man. Me and my boo pulled up at the court house. The paparazzi was outside, and Kenny was walking in with his family.  Tamar put the video of me beating Keisha ass on worldstar and it went viral.

Birdman: baby lets go this way

Toni: alright

Fan: Toni Braxton and Birdman can I get a picture

Birdman: sure sweetheart

Toni and Birdman took the picture with the fan then they went in the courthouse the whole family was there.

Kenny: are you dating him

Toni: That's none of your business

Kenny: it is my business were still married

Toni: I didn't question you when you were sleeping with Keisha, so don't worry about it bitch *walks off*

The court started

Judge: so you want to finalize your divorce

Toni and Kenny: yes

Judge: do you have a shared bank account

Toni Lawyer: yes my client letting him keep all the money. She just wants her record deal to remain with Arista and Laface records.

Judge: do you agree to those terms

Kenny: yes sir

Judge: So who will remain in your current estate

Kenny: I will

Toni: and I'm okay with that

Judge: Mrs.Edmonds would you like for your last name to remain Edmonds

Toni: no I want to go back to my maiden name

Judge: ok, what was the situation that caused the separation

Toni: an affair

Judge: is it true that you Mrs.Edmonds hit his mistress

Toni: no I didn't hit her, I beat her ass. There's a difference Judge Judy

Everybody laughs

Judge: *laughs* I love my job, so what made you hit her

Kenny: my wife suffers from anger issues

Toni: no I walked in on her and my husband having sex and so she got what she deserved

Judge: exactly what happened that day

Toni: I pulled her by her hair to the ground, and then she got what she deserved

Judge: I'm a woman and I can understand your pain. So Kenneth Brian Edmonds and Toni Michelle Braxton your divorce is finally finalized.

Toni POV: This didn't feel as good as I thought it would. I walked out and Kenny walked up to me.

Kenny: I'm sorry for everything Toni that I put you through. Your were a great wife and I'm sorry, Don't ever think I didn't love you. Because I loved you with all my heart, and I deeply apologize.

Toni: I forgive you

Kenny: can we still be friends

Toni: of course we can

Kenny: are you actually dating B over there

Toni: yes

Kenny: alright

Toni: well I have to get going

Kenny: alright see you later

Toni: bye wait

Kenny: what

Toni: are you still seeing Keisha

Kenny: no that was a stupid mistake I made

Toni: good

They got in the separate cars and drove off. Toni went with her sisters then she she went back with Birdman.

Toni: babe I'm home

Birdman: I'm in my office sweetie

Toni POV: I walked in his office and he was sniffing cocaine.

Toni: um what are you doing

Birdman: baby it's fine, try some

Toni: no I don't do that type of stuff

Birdman: do you trust me

Toni: yes

Birdman: try some

Toni sat by him and sniffed some up

Toni: *coughing*

Birdman: *laughing* take it easy it's your first time
