Chapter 21

Toni POV: Kenny has been in the hospital for a whole two weeks they didn't think he was going to make but he did it, he's going to be on bed rest for a while, they gave him crutches because he can't really walk. We just made it back home I was helping him upstairs to our bedroom.

Kenny: Baby I got it, I don't need your help

Toni: stop being stubborn Kenneth, your always like this. Now let me help you before you fall and make things worse

Toni helped Kenny upstairs. She got his clothes off leaving on his boxers and tucked him in the bed.

Toni: are you hungry

Kenny: yes

Toni: ok I'll fix you some soup

Kenny: I don't eat soup, can you fix me a actual meal

Toni: no Kenny your heart can't take all that saturated food. The doctor gave me your meal plan. So do you want salad or soup

Kenny: soup

Toni: I'll be back

Toni POV: he is so stubborn. Him and every other man I know. I fixed him some soup, and brought it up to him.

Toni: here baby take your pills

Kenny: I already took them

Toni: Kenny this is already hard on me, can you think about someone else feelings for once. There is no possible way you could have took the pills we just got back from the hospital.

Kenny: I already took the pills

Toni: Kenny we just got it from the pharmacy take the damn pills

Kenny: I took them Toni, don't ask me again, and this soup is cold

Toni rolled her eyes. She took the soup back in the kitchen and warmed it up then she brought them up to Kenny. She took the two pills and dropped them a blender with some strawberries and bananas and made Ken a smoothie.

Toni: here's you drink

Kenny: thank you

Toni POV: I took off my clothes and put on my nightgown. Once Kenny finished eating I helped him to the bathroom then back to the bed. Then I got in

Kenny: Toni

Toni: what

Kenny: why the attitude

Toni: I just laid down and I know your about to ask me for something else

Kenny: Really Toni you are the most selfish person I've ever seen, your the one who offered for help

Toni: how am I selfish, your being ungrateful saying the soup was cold

Kenny: Your my wife, and in hard times your supposed to be by my side. If you just went through what I did, I'll do the same thing for you. I wouldn't care how many times I had to get up during the night,to make sure you were okay I will do it. I wasn't about to ask you to do something I was about to say thank you.

Toni: damn baby I'm sorry, it just that I was stressed out I truly apologize.

Kenny: it's fine *pecks her lips*

Toni: goodnight

Kenny: goodnight baby I love you

Toni: I love you to

4:00 A.M.

Toni POV: I woke up, and looked over Kenny was holding his chest in pain.
