*Charlotte's POV*
All night I thought about the concert, and what some happen when I got there. Would there be a mosh pit? Would I be injured? I read a blog post called "Surviving The Pit" just in case.
By the time the sun rose, I was too tired to think.
Thudd!
I sat up straight in my bed, startled by the sound of a backpack hitting the floor. The numbers on my clock glowed 4:11 PM, and the sun pushed its rays though the window. My mother stood tall in the door frame, her eyes softer than usual.
"Wake up Char. It's almost time for you to leave. I packed a bag for you." She said softly.
How is this the same woman that said all those cruel things yesterday?
"Erm… thank you." I said.
There was about a half an hour until I had to leave for the cab ride to the venue. I brushed out my blond hair and slapped some mascara onto my eyes. Mom had already laid out a Pierce The Veil crewneck and a pair of skinny jeans. Had she been in here while I was sleeping?
I don't have time to see what she packed me in the bag, so I grabbed it and walked out the door.
"Goodbye honey, I love you. Have fun." Mom called out the door I shut it without giving an answer.
