"I can't believe you" I whispered looking at Emily "I just- I didn't want you to get back with Lexi and-"
"You fucking told me i had a child Emily!" I yelled "I'm so sorry van i started-" she whispered "I'm sorry Emily but I'm just so- i can't believe you right now" I whispered looking at her "I was jealous okay? I couldn't stand the thought-" she started "right." I sighed thinking about what she just told me

"I get it van, but please don't leave" she whispered crying

"No" I whispered closing my eyes
"You gotta get out of you're bed lex" Kieran sighed "nah" I said again shaking my head
"You need to call a family member, you're mom or dad? Brother? Sister? I'm so so worried about you" he sighed sitting down next to me
I couldn't open my eyes
"My father is I don't know where the fuck he is, my mom is a bitch and dumped me in Leeds and left with my little brother" I said opening my eyes slowly
"Oh Lexi I didn't-"
"Yeah yeah" I whispered looking outside
"But come on lex, you have bags as thick as- you haven't eaten since Monday morning and it's Tuesday now, you look like a zombie" he whispered brushing a hand through my hair
I didn't respond, I haven't left my bed since three days ago
"I'm so worried that you might do something"
I closed my eyes knowing what he meant
"Who fucked you up this good huh?, was it van?" He asked

I left America and flew across the ocean to see Larry and my apartment
"Lad i missed ya" Larry said hugging me
I didn't respond "how is it being a father eh?"
I closed my eyes pouring myself a glass of whiskey "don't know" I whispered he looked at me "but she is- the baby was born two days ago wasn't he?" Larry asked confused sitting down
"It isn't mine" I said laughing without humor
He was even more confused by now
"What?" He asked "she had a one night stand and told me it was mine so i wouldn't go back to Lexi" I said shaking my head

I sat down grabbing the bottle of whiskey
"This was her plan then?" He asked i nodded
"It's fucked isn't it?" I whispered looking at him
"I can't- fuck" he said I closed my eyes
- Lexi's pov
I went to becky's house and walked in
"Ello lexi" her brother said "hey" I said looking at him "where's Becky?" I asked "she's out" he said taking a sip of his drink "can you tell her something?" I said he nodded "yes, love?" He said i took a deep breath feeling my knees go weak and my hands getting sweaty
"Can you-" I started but sighed lightly and short "can you tell her i love her and I'm thankful that she was me mate?" I asked
He made a funny face "uh yeah lass of course but why that?" He chuckled I swallowed "just tell her okay?" I whispered he nodded
"I'm gonna go now, good night mate" I whispered heading out of the kitchen "good night, love" he said
I stepped into my car and sped off to Kieran
When i arrived at his apartment i felt weird
I knocked on the door, seconds later he opened
"Lexi? You came out of ya' bed?" He joked with a small smile "Kieran?" I whispered being on the edge of tears "yes, darling?" He said knitted his eyebrows together
"Thank you for everything alright?" I whispered
"W-what do you mean by that, Lexi?" He asked opening the door more
"Nothing" I lied "just know that alright?" I said he nodded I quickly hugged him and kissed his cheek "I love you" I said, not in that way, in a friendly way "I love you too, lex" he whispered
I pulled away and studied his face a few seconds and smiled weakly at him
"Should I be worried?" He asked
"No" I lied
He nodded "goodbye, Kieran" I said
"Goodbye Lexi" he whispered
I walked away and made my way towards my car i put on a cd of mine and heard someday
I felt my heart drop

"I love this one!" Van said grabbing one with the strokes on it "no way you like em?" I asked him smiling he nodded "man they're one of me favourites like" he said smiling "amazing, I love them" I said with a nod "now much his this?" He asked "uh, fourteen pounds" i said
He nodded "I'll take this" he said
I walked towards the .... And took the EP
I scanned it, he handed me the money
"Thank you" I said handing him the EP
"Is there any chance I'll see you tonight?" He asked me with a smirk laying across his lips
I looked at him "maybe, why?" I said with a grin on my face "well i liked to see you" he said I smiled "we'll see yeah?" I asked he nodded
"I'll see you tonight then love" he said walked towards the door "didn't promise you anything!" I said he smiled and walked out of the door.
I drove down the street with tears rolling down my cheek
I sobbed and drove even faster
Ones i arrived at my apartment i grabbed my phone and dialed my brothers phone number
"Hello?" He said
I closed my eyes
"Hello?" He said again
"Kyle" I whispered "who is this?" He asked
I opened my eyes feeling my heart break over and over
"It's Lexi" I said "Lexi? Oh Christ man how are you?" He asked "it's been a while innit?" I joked "a while? 5 fucking years" he said
"I'm sorry" I said shaking my head
"It's not you're fault, you were right about mom, I left that shit hole too" he said
"Kyle?" I asked "yes?" He whispered
"You happy right?" I asked
"Yeah I am now" he said i could imagine that smile he always had on his face
"Good, that's all i wanted to hear, i gotta go now" I said standing up
"You call me back right?" He said
I closed my eyes "yeah yeah" I lied
"Promise me?"
"Promise."
We bit our farewell and hang up
I stepped into the lift and waited to get on the rooftop
When i arrived there i walked to the edge
I grabbed my phone and looked at the number on my phone
I called it.
"Lexi?"
"I love you"
"I-Lexi what are you doing?"
I started crying
"I always loved you too much, and if i could, if we could i would do it all again, us, everything." I sobbed closing my eyes
"Lexi love-"
"I'm sorry"
"Why are you sorry Lexi please don't be sorry alright? Tell me love what's going on-"
"Lexi?"
"Lexi?!"
"Are you still there?"
- van's pov
"Lexi what is going on?"
I stood up looking at Larry
I could hear cars in the background
"Lexi!" I yelled
Nothing, no answers.
"What's up mate?" Larry asked confused
I swallowed with tears in my eyes
"She- Lexi- I think she might-" I started
He shook his head
"You think she?"
"Yes Larry, I think she killed herself"
