GENIES AND WITCHES - The Figurine

Runt, tiptoe slowly to the front of the cottage where the figurine laid on the ground.  The Witches were coming out of the cottage at the moment that Runt reached the door.  Runt then quickly moved to the side of the cottage.  For a minute he panicked forgetting he was invisible.  He thought to himself, "Wow, I'm really lunching.  These very ugly women can't see me."  So as soon as he had the chance and the coast was clear.   Runt quickly ran to the front door and picked up the figurine, then ran back to the side of the house.   There he stood quickly waiting for a chance to run across the lawn to the forest.     

Frances and the other Witches were calling out for Hilda.  Hilda heard but she kept silence. She really didn't want to be bothered by her nor Ruth.     Runt finally found the chance to run and not get stepped on.  As he ran in the forest direction, he almost got stepped on twice.   But he made it across safely.   He was close to Jack and Tony he pressed the button again. Then he became visible.  

"Here you go, don't you ever ask me to do that again," whispered  Runt as he handed Jack the cat figurine.  "Thank you, remind that I owe you one," whispered  Jack as he placed the figurine in one of his pockets.  "What now?" asked Tony   "There is to many of them, let's just wait until they leave," whispered Jack then he placed his finger on his lips letting them know to be quiet.  The witches were grabbing anything they wanted to take with them while searching for Hilda      

Tony was very impatient, "Jack I don't plan on staying here all day and your son in law is running out of time." whispered Tony   "Oh, right I forgot about him.  So, what's the plan?" asked Jack   "I'm leaving first.  They are afraid of me.  But I need you to turn that cat back to a real living cat." explained Tony   "Oh, I see what you have in mind.  You know if I use magic, they are going to know that there is a genie around and maybe our location.  What then?" asked Jack quietly   "Man, those stupid witches are going to see this white cat, they are not going to worry about any magic.  They confuse pretty with ugly.  Believe they are going to run as fast as their broom will take them." whispered Tony  Jack look at him and realized he was right, so he quickly turns the figurine into a real white cat.   Tony quickly picked it up and began to fly with the white cat in his arms.    

Tony made sure that the witches heard the cat and saw him.   He flew out from behind the bushes then said, "Fluffy, I'm kind of hungry.  Are you?"  as he flew by many witches.   The moment he said those words, every Witch that was in the air froze on the spot.  Frances was still standing near the doorway.  Diana was one of the witches in the air.  "White Cat,   Everyone  White cat!" she screamed as she turned her broom around and headed home not waiting for the others.  "Move it, girl, let's get out of here!" Frances screamed as she ran back into the house and grabbed Ruth, then ran back out.   She hopped on her broom dragging Runt with her and she was out of sight in seconds.  

One by one they hopped on their broom and took off and not looking back.  Jack quickly magic up his hair and in the air, he went, with Runt also in his pocket.  Tony, then followed.    Then Jack remembered Hilda, "Hey, I forgot Hilda, we must go back." he said as he was about to turn back.   "Oh, no you don't, we will come back later.   Sam needs us, and Cindy will kill you if you turn back and we don't get to her husband in time.  So no turning back.  Move now!" yelled Tony from a distance.   Jack got a little upset, but Tony was right  Cindy will never forgive him.  So he proceeds to go back to Cindy's house.  

They flew as fast as possible, for Sam only had about ten minutes left.   They flew and flew without resting until they finally arrived at Cindy's.    They stopped in front of the home, Jack dropped Runt who was carrying the cloth.  They all ran into the house quickly.  Cindy was laying on her sofa with Sam laying on her chest.   Jack saw that he really didn't like it at all. "Alright!  Alright! Wake up now!" he yelled as he entered the home.   Cindy quickly opened her eyes, "Dad, you're back! Thank goodness.  Did you get Sam's powers back?' she asked as she approached him, forgetting that Sam was laying on her chest.  As she got up, Sam fell to the floor and woke up.  "Hey!  That hurt!  What you forgot about me?" asked Sam as he stood up off the floor.    

"That's what you get for laying on my daughter bosom. Now come with me," said Jack as he picked up Sam with his two fingers on the back of his shirt.  Then placed him on the table.  They quickly grabbed a pail and placed the skull and the cloth into the pail.  They pour some potion that Hilda had given Jack.  They threw a match into the pail and it lite up in flames. The skull burned screaming noise came out of its mouth.   It was lite up as red as a fireball.  It flew up into the air and exploded.  Jack and the others ran for cover.  Sam, as the flame slowly disappeared, he was growing back slowly, until he was full-size Sam again.  "Oh, yes, it's working.  Jack, I owe you big time," said Sam as he felt his powers coming back.
