He felt the need to move on. He tried to flirt with other girls, thinking that's what you would want him to do.

He feels like he needed to avenge your death. He spent his days plotting his revenge on whoever caused your death.

Monty:

He acted as if it didn't happen, but goes over all the memories in his head. This caused him to become distracted, so nothing ever got done.

Murphy:

He completely shut down. You were his everything. He never really left his bed, didn't talk to anyone, and rarely ate.
