Jason's Point of view//
I bit my lip and watched as Haven got into the taxi cab, frowning. I hated what I had said to her, but she had no right whatsoever to sit there and call Kennedy a whore. There was a sting on the back of my head as I spun around and saw Leanne standing there, her cheeks flaming redder by the second.
"Jason, what the hell?" she hissed through her teeth, slamming me against the wall. Damn, Leanne may be small but she sure as hell is strong as fuck. I growled and pushed her off of me, walking past her into the house.
And there was Kennedy. Shoving her tongue down Jonah's throat.
I growled loudly and grabbed her arm roughly, shoving her off. "What the fuck, Kennedy?! I fucking trusted you and this is what you do!" She whimpered as she tried to pull her arm away from my grip.
"J-Jase..." I chuckled darkly and shoved her on the floor, walking back out the front door to my car.
Fuck... Haven... I ran my fingers through my hair and pulled out my iPhone, dialing her number. It rang four times before she answered.
"What?" I heard her voice snap from the other side of the phone.
I chuckled quietly, she sounds so sexy when she's mad. "Babe, chill. I... I wanted to apologize. I'm sorry, Haven. You were right, and I should have listened to you. You're not a bitch, baby girl, I was being dumb. I know that I don't deserve your forgiveness, but just... Let me make it up to you. Please?" I bit my lip, waiting for her to answer.
After a few minutes of hesitation, she finally said, "Okay." I grinned, fist pumping the air.
"Great. I'll be home in five minutes, baby. I love you." I hung up the phone and saw Leanne and Alex sitting on the porch. They both glared at me.
"Don't fuck it up, bro," Alex said.
"I'll fucking kill you if you hurt her," Leanne added in, grabbing Alex's hand.
I smiled slightly. "I'm not going to hurt her. I have a lot to fix. I'll see you guys later." I got in my car and revved up the engine, backing out of the driveway and driving home as fast as I could.
When I got there, I unlocked the door, walking in. "Haven?" I called, looking around the living room and walking into the kitchen. She wasn't there. "Haven? Baby girl, I'm home!"
Still no answer.
I walked up the stairs and peeked into her room. She was laying on her bed, curled up in a ball, sleeping quietly. I smiled and walked over to the bed, putting her covers over her. Her eyes opened up slightly and she whispered softly, "Don't leave."
"Never, baby..." I crawled in next to her as she laid her head on my chest and clung to me, immediately falling back asleep. Haven was different. She wasn't like other girls that I had ever liked. She didn't throw herself on guys the way all of my exes did. She was special. All this time I've been after Kennedy... and I should have been going after Haven. My Haven...
