So we're gonna start by making the background. Open what ever image you want as the back ground and the multiple lines texture in the add ons as the foreground (make sure you crop the shutterstock thing). Go to the transform tab and make the fg fit the bg by pressing the four arrows button. Press the settings tab and choose the blend mode plus darker. Set the opacity as much as you'd like.
