I know I haven't updated in a looong time, but here's this tutorial for an underrated PicsArt feature that can be useful 😋
My end product looked like this:There's not really that many steps. The only main thing is opening your image in Picsart, then going to fx > blur > focal zoom, and adjusting the point of focus, like so:
Open in Phonto, add your text as desired. A tip would be to place your text where the you adjusted the point in PicsArt. I pretty much left mine at the default - which is the center. So my text was at the center as well.
And then add any textures, lighting overlays or whatever you want as a finishing touch, and save! (:
