Chapter 3

My Team

A week or so had pasted and are first practices is today. I was a little early because I wonted to get a good look at the pool before the guys came in. I unlocked the small " offices " which was relay just a small room that the school manged to fit a desk into and a few chars. I drooped my bag on the desk and opined to doer to the pool.

The sent of cloren and a sun baked room flowed throw the doer. The pool was like any other pool. It had the diving boards on one side and the ropes that marked the leans. But with in that moment it was magical. The glass roof was dirty and covered with a lot of overgrown vines. That was at the top of the list of things to do. Then braking the silents Sam came out.

" Hey Elisabeth, soooo what do you think?"

"It is pretty cool. It needs some work and a few touch ups. but it will do."

" Yah, hey I have someone who wants to join the team!"

" Relay?!"

" yah! Hey Lee Come On Out!" Sam waved his hand, and a rather tall shy looking guy came out. He had on the school uniform. He had a normal hair cut with black hair and glasses. from a distention it was avies he was the shy one that got all of his work dune and in on time. The tipcl shy glasses carter.

" Hi I am Elisabeth." I said with a nice smile.

"H-hi I am Lee."

He relay did not say much but it was cool. If he wonted to be on the team and he know how to swim well, them why not. I figured if he relay wonted to join after today then I would give him a sheet but I am going to let him go throw a day of work first.

Then Ray walked in. He walked over to the side of the pool and stuck his feet in. " Oh hey Elisabith my freind Q will be over hear to hang."

" What? Ray you are hear for work NOT hang with this freind of yours!"

" Well to bad mis manger he is going to be hear any minet now."

His nerve! He just walks in like he ones the place and the says one of his freinds is just going to hang out! What will realy hapon is this Q guy will come get him and then he will get out of work!

" Hey Ray I am hear man, now tell me why did you wont me to meat you up in the old pool room? I mean like this place- why hello little lady and who might you be?"

It was that Q guy. He had fire red cerlyish hair that was stieled up words. He looked like the "bad boy" tipe but you culd tell he was far from being a bad boy. He was mid hight, and now that I got a good look at him he was defintly the charmer.

" I am Elisabith, and Ray hear, is suposted to be helping us for practis, NOT invating frinds to " Hang out!"

"Well soooooory that I did not know that you woned me to do work! You are just a bad manger."

"I am NOT you are just-"

"Ooooooh I get it Ray you joined the team to see this little lady in a swimsuit." He said as he winked at Ray, then churned to me and smirked like he winged to see that. 

"Q! No I did not! I joined on a bet with her! Not to see her in a swimsuit." He hid his face but it was sooo ovise he was thinking about it.

"Shear Ray, so little lady how do I join this little thing?" Q said as he started to walk torts me. He was smiling like he know what he was doing I could not help myself but chern a little red.

"What?! Q you have never been in a spot, the only thing you did was the card club besides that you have dune nothing correctly."

"No! I did my play right last year and I punched the one guy in the face for stilling my girl. I really did not like her anyway."

"Hahahahaha" I could not help but laugh they act like little kids fighting over a toy. After I laughed Sam, Ray, Q, Lee all stoped and looked at me is shock and confusion. " you tow act just like my little brother at school wheat he dose not get the toy he won't at play time." I said in bewine laughing.

"Ummmmm Elisabeth are you okay?" Sam said as he trying not to laugh himself.

"Yes." I said letting out my last giggle. " Now it is time for work! Ray scenes you like to pool so much you can start by making sher the cloren levels are okay, then after that start sweping up the place." Ray tried to get out of it but he did it anyway. 

Sam and Lee started to clean the roof off and wash it. They seemed to have fun. I saw them laughing and throwing vines at echother every now and then. Ray played some music when he cleaned. I really could not hear the word but it had a really nice toon that I caught myself humming a couple times. It was really funny how Ray was dancing around when he almost fell in the pool a few times. But all in all he was a good dancer. 

Now Q was a different story. The entier time we wher cleaning the locker rooms he was dropping cheesy pick up lines and was trying to get me to come near him so he could hold me maybe I really did not know and did not want to see. In the end he stopped with the pick up lines and just  stuck with flerting.

Once we wher all dune we where all tired and I handed Q and Lee a sigh up sheet. The filed them out and with in 8 minutes I had a full swim team.
