"So are we ready?" I asked, parting away from him.

"Yup, I'll load the bags into the car, you go get Angelo" he smiled, taking my bag from my hands.

"Thank you, babe" i smiled back, walking out to the tv.

"Are we leaving?" Angelo asked as i sat down beside him.

"Yeah peanut" i smiled while he sat on my lap, "me and daddy are going away for a while" I said, smoothing down his hair.

"Oh" he paused, "Can i come?" He smiled.

"I'm sorry baby" I said shaking my head, "Mummy and daddy need some time to be together"

"You're together now" he said in an obvious tone.

"Sometimes we need to be alone" he began to play with my jumper toggles, "but i promise you, that on the last day I'll get auntie Laura to drive you to be with us alright? We can go on lots of rides together and go to the beach!" I said enthusiastically.

"Really?!" He asked, his eyes widening.

"Really" Simons deep voice laughed from the door, "the car's ready"

"Alright babe" i smiled, loading Angelo onto my hip, "you ready to go home?'

"Yeah" Angelo smiled back, resting his head on my shoulder.

As we sat in the car, i looked into the back to find Angelo sleeping, then to Simon whose eyes gazed upon the quiet, damp road.

I thought back to about twenty-two hours ago, when his vows left his lips...

"Do you really think I don't bloom?" I laughed.

"Are you talking about my vows?" He asked with a smirk, i just nodded, "i think you bloom for the right people, but you know who doesn't deserve to see what you hold, therefore hide away what the most precious thing you possess is"

"When did you get all Shakespearean?" I asked raising an eyebrow.

"Aren't you impressed?" He asked back.

"Very" i simply said, looking at the road, smiling.

"There's only one thing that beats our wedding night" he spoke, still stealing glances of me.

"And what's that?" I asked, looking back at him.

"When that beautiful boy in the back came into our lives" he smiled.

"You're perfect" I giggled, placing my hand on his leg, settling back in my seat.

As we pulled up outside our house, Simon turned around and began to wake up Angelo.

"Babe, i can carry him" i said, pulling Simons arm away from Angelo leg.

"I need to keep this tradition Delly" he smirked, as Angelos eyes fluttered open.

"Are we home?" He yawned.

"Yeah peanut" i smiled back.

"I need to go get ready for Auntie Lauras, Hurry!" He said panicking.

"Alright you" i laughed getting out the car and walking towards the door.

"Hey, babe wait" Simon called out as i placed the key in the door, I stopped and turned my head, seeing him run towards me.

"What are you doing?" I laughed as he scooped me up into his arms.

"I told you, we need to keep this tradition" he smiled, opening the door then carrying me over the threshold.

"How romantic" I said rolling my eyes and laughing.

"Tell me about it" he smiled, pecking my lips before running back out the the car to collect our things.

"When do you and daddy leave?" Angelo asked, taking my hand and running upstairs.

"We are going to leave tomorrow" I laughed, stopping in his room, "You're gonna go stay with nan until Saturday, then Auntie Lau will bring you to us" i smiled, picking out some clothes for him to change into.

"Okay" he smiled, content with the plan.

"Babe, some help?" I heard Simon shout from downstairs.

I looked towards Angelo, his socks in my hand, "I'll be right back, okay baby?" I laughed, leaving his socks on the ground then running downstairs.

I stopped dead in my tracks to see Simon stuck at the doorframe, "Yeah, i thought I could do this, he laughed.

I walked up to him and began to push him backwards, "here, give me some bags" I laughed.

"Mummy im ready!" Angelo yelled as Simon and I got through the door.

I ran back upstairs to find him with his shirt on back to front and his shoes on the wrong feet, "aw baby boy, look at you" i awed, kneeling down to his height.

"Lets go" he said, walking towards the door.

"Wait a minute babe, let me fix you" i laughed, taking his arm while spinning him round so he fell onto my lap backwards, I began to tickle him.

"Mummy, stop!" We laughed in unison, as he gasped for air.

As i finished up around the house, Angelo sat at the front door, waiting for us to leave.

"She'll be asleep by the time we get there" he whined.

"We are leaving now" i laugh as Simon takes my hand and Angelo shoots up.

Everyone's being bitchy with me so I've locked myself in my room but it's bloody cold.
