Kirito's POV

"Tetsuo switch with me!" I yelled as I hit one of a Mantis's scythe, chopping it off. I fell back and switched with Tetsuo. He quickly responded and smashed the Mantis's body, knocking off its feet. It's body shattered like glass into millions of pieces of glass.

"Good job Tetsuo!" Sasamaru congratulated Tetsuo as he patted his back. Their team work and friendship is incredible. Too bad I don't even have friends in real life.

"Good job Kirito! You did awesome!" Keita patted my back.

"Yeah, you did well too." I replied. Despite the fact that I didnt know what friendship was, the feeling of having friends felt pretty dang cool. They are level 20, they most likely dont know my true level. After the newest update, our levels, stats and class have been hidden from the rankings. Now all we can see is who the top players are.

"Man I'm tired!" Ducker layed down and closed his eyes.

"Lets head home then! Besides I got some big news!" Keita told us all.

"Really? I wonder what it is?" Sachi thought outloud.

"You'll have to wait til we get back to our apartment!" Keita patted Sachi's head.

We all headed back to the apartment in Keita's room. We all sat down, prepared for what Keita was about to tell us.

"Now that we are here, I'll tell you that big announcement thing I was telling you guys about!" Keita cheered. "We have made over 500,000 COL!" Keita told us.

"That's alot!" I said in shock. I definitely earned that much before but I can't save that much, I normally buy equipment and work on skills.

"We should us the money on upgrading Sachi's equipment!" Sasamaru suggested.

"No guys I think I'm fine with my equipment.." Sachi twiddled with her fingers, looking very nervous.

"She doesnt need to, I'm fine with sticking to the front." I told them all, making Sachi feel relaxed.

"Alright, I've decided to spend this money on a new house for us all!" Keita cheered.

"Good idea!" Tetsuo told Keita.

"So are you gonna search then?" I asked Keita. Keita nodded...

And so the next day.. Keita did as he said he would.. He went off to look for a house for us all to live in.. While we went through a dungeon..

"Ah! A hidden door!" Ducker placed his hand against the wall which opened a door.

"No way.." I thought as Tetsuo, Sasamaru and Ducker ran inside the room. "No wait! It's a trap!" I told the 3 but they opened the chest stupidly. Sachi and I ran in to help them out. Suddenly the hidden doors shut and the room turned red.

"Crap! Keep your guard up!" I commanded them as I drew my weapon. The others embraced themselves for what was coming next.

"What the?" Ducker back away from the walls as monsters were spawning. There were dwarfs, golems and more.. They won't stand a chance. At this level..

"Quick! Use your teleport crystals!" I told them all. They all took out their teleport crystals.

"Teleport: Taft!" Ducker said as he tried to activate the teleport crystal. "What the?" He looked at his crystal before trying again. "Teleport: Taft!"

"Why isn't the crystals working?" Sachi cried.

"The walls. They must be blocking our ability to teleport out of here." I explained as I back up a little. "We have to fight! Come on!" I stated..

Stella's POV

"Oi Klein! Give me that back!" Asuna commanded as Klein ate some candy.

"Ohmmf this??" Klein asked as he chewed on it.

"My candy.." Asuna cried.

"Oh.. Mmm." Klein seemed to really enjoy the candy.

"Hey Klein don't piss her off man." Agil told Klein.

"What's she gonna do?" Klein asked, feeling completely calm. Suddenly, he was launced to the other side of the room.

"She'll do that." Agil told Klein as he backed away from Asuna.

"My candy.. You'll pay for this Klein!" Asuna yelled as Klein began to panick. The two ran outside, chasing each other.

"What do we do about this?" Agil asked me.

"I dont know." I replied to Agil.

"Hey man are you alright? You seem to be feeling down. Something bugging you?"

"Yeah. Just leave it." I told Agil. Kirito is what worries me. I tried to call him yesterday but he didnt reply. If something happened to him, I'd love to help...

"Well just cheer up! Remember we gotta grind after those two quit messing around." Agil stated.

"Yeah you're right!" I replied as I finish up my food.

After all those events, we headed out to the Misty Forest, in search for some slimes. They give alot of exp.

"Found one!" Klein said as he attacked the slime and began to run. The slime spat toxic bombs towards Klein as Klein swiftly dodges them. "Agil your turn!" Klein told Agil as Agil quickly smashed his axe into the slime. The slime split into two.

"I'll take this one!" Asuna said as she stabbed the slime about however many times.

"Alright then this one is mine!" I said as I drew my sword. My sword turned blue as I charged my skill and attacked it. It's hp instantly dropped. As I finish, Asuna finishes too.

"Good work!" Asuna cheered.

"Yeah! Thats another 105 exp!" Klein cheered as he checked his menu.

"Do you think we need to go against stronger enemies? We can get more exp and COL from it." I told them.

"You can do whatever, as long as it doesn't risk our lives." Agil told me. That's right. It's my decision to make. I'm the party leader afterall. Everyone is around level 30 besides me, i'm level 18. We've already made it to floor 50 and yet we are grinding around floor 20. We should move up. "Alright. Lets test how well we can survive around floor 40. The top guild, Knights of the Blood Oath are all in their 30's and so are you guys. We should be able to do well." I explained to them.

"Sounds good to me!" Klein cheered as he began to march towards Taft.

"Slow down Klein, we still gotta heal. After grinding this much I feel tired." Agil told Klein as he sat down.

"Alrighty then!" Klein said as he sat down too.

"Hold on. I remember recieving an item." Asuna opened her menu and searched through her items list. She tapped on an item, making a barrier around us all.

"Woah, what item is this?" I asked her in awe.

"It makes a barrier for about 20 minutes so no monsters can enter within this barrier." Asuna explained to me. "It's called the Barrier Creator. It's a one time use item." Asuna told me as the item shattered like glass in her hands.

"At least we're safe for now!" Klein cheered as he layed down on the floor.

I looked back down on the floor.. And prayed.. I hope Kirito is okay.
