The Mark

"What are you doing?"

 I asked my voice sounding out of breath. He looked me in the eyes and smile. He pulled my ponytail down making me look up to him. He pushed me against the door and kiss me. The kiss was so intense. He pulled away and left. I turn around and enter my room closing the door behind me and collapsed in the bed. I can't believe that just happen to me oh man I am so confused.

"Carl ?" 

"Yes Kate" Where does he come from?

"Can I go home?" Is worth a try right?

"I am sorry but I am afraid that is not possible"

"Why?!" I scream in frustration 

"It's not safe for you to be outside the academy there are hunters called the Armory they hunt vampires that are rare and desicate them for their collection they hunt every weird supernatural being they can get there hands on"

"And I am one of them" I whisper

"I am afraid yes" 

"Can you leave me alone please"

I am tired all I want to do is go home I miss my mom. I close my eyes and try to go to sleep but I can't all these thoughts in my head I don't know what to do anymore. I change into my PJS I am going for a walk maybe that will clear my mind.

20 minutes later...

 Its official I am lost again. 

"Agh" 

Yay! I found the main door I go outside the night's breeze brushing against my skin. I turn startled.

"Oh sorry I didn't meant to scare you" 

"It's okay"

"So how are you doing?"

"I am okay. Can I ask you something?" I said not looking at him.

"Yeah what is it?"

"Why did you kiss me?" he chuckled 

"I didn't kiss you"

"Yes you did. I was lost you helped me get back to my room"

"Umm no I would of remember if I kiss you"

I turned around and noticed that his eyes were red not gray shit! he is not the right twin I sighted.

"Never mind "

"Don't tell me that bastard kiss you!"

Oh shit he's pist dam it why can't I keep my mouth shut.

"Um no he didn't" I hope he doesn't catch me I am really bad at lying

"You're lying" Oh well I tried

"How do you even know if I am lying or not?"

"Your heart skips a beat every time you lie"

I look at him and realize it was him all this time the guy in my dreams the one that was there when my father die the one that made me smile when no one could he wa the guy I dreamed of and couldn't find anywhere once I was up even if I looked all over the place he was the one that made me feel like I was loved. The sudden memories left a pain in my heart.

"Are you okay?"

"You you are the one" he is the one I just know it.

"Okay I don't know what you are talking about. Are you sure you are feeling well?"

"No don't tell me you don't know. You are the one that was there when my father died you are the one that was on my dreams. How ... how is it possible I thought you didn't existed" I can't look at him he lied to me he doesn't care about me or how I feel he just wanted me to come here so I don't become a price for the Armony.

"HEY!" he yells And I snap back to attention.

"What?!" I yell back. 

"Were you listening? Never mind you have to go back inside we don't want the Armony doing a locator spell on you"

"Maybe I do. Maybe that way I don't have to be here with you!"

"No you don't trust me it is awful there they are going to use you as an experiment if it works they will keep you, they will desicate you and put you in a coffin, if it doesn't work they will kill and hunt  the next Heretic."

"And how will you know?" I stare at him waiting for an explanation.

"Because I was one of them "
