Today's my birthday. At 12:01 in the morning, Brady texts me happy birthday. I thank him, and sleep again. I wake up to the smell of smokey bacon and walk to the kitchen. My mom lets me invite friends over for my birthday, so I invite Brady, Emma White, Alex, and Lav over. I get changed into something more casual;

I hear a knock and open the front door. Brady is there with a box. He asks me to open it. Inside is a large pizza, and a note. The note says to check my mailbox. Inside is an iPhone, another note, and a box of Hershey Kisses. The note reads: Now you can get kisses virtually and irl -Brady😘
I hug him and we walk inside to wait for the others.
Lav arrives 5 minutes later than Brady did, with Alex, and finally Emma's car pulls into the driveway. We eat pizza, talk, and then I open presents. Lav gets me a gift card for Apple, and A gift card to Wall-e World. Alex gets me a carrot.
Finally Emma gets me a guitar and a book to learn how to play it.
I can't wait for next year for my second carrot from Alex, more carrots, and even more carrots.
