Chapter 3
-------------Delusion.
That's what Evelyn felt since that day she had killed Roma. Her wolf went ape shit most of the time. She had mood swings worsts then a woman carrying quadruplets, one moment she had clarity of thought next moment she was in her wolf form trying to rip peoples throat out and by people most of the time it was Sebastian. They had kept everyone else away from her including Alex and Adrian, she had just seen them once in a fleeting glance and they had given her a horrified look. To be honest she was glad she was not sure how she could face them after what she did...the blood on her hands.
Sebastian has been different, every moment he had her alone he riled her up enough for her to pounce on him and he dodged her effortlessly...at least in the beginning, it was getting difficult for him to dodge her, especially in her wolf form...the power that coursed in her veins terrified her, she was unstable and dangerous. The scratch she landed on Sebastian's face earlier today was a testament to this fact.
Most of her time was an internal struggle with her wolf who wanted to be let free with the new found power, she was getting extremely aggressive and even a wrong look at her would set her off. She could barely form a coherent thought, her mind was a pulp of disjoint thoughts and whispers. The blood coursing through her veins had the blood oath of hundreds of alphas who were under the rule of Roma, this blood had completely addled her brain they she was sure she was going insane.
Sebastian however did not share this opinion and stuck to her like a bad rash, he told her she would get used to it, that she need to work on filtering her thoughts and her rein in her wolf who had gone ape shit. The result of his sage advice was the gash on his cheek, a gift from her mad wolf.
He however was undeterred and looked at her with appreciation when she cut his cheek, at that moment she was not sure who was crazier, him or her.
Evelyn was sacred, scared of herself and what she would become, the danger she would possess to the people around her. That thought was reinforced when Sebastian had dragged her earlier to be paraded to the alphas under Roma's control. Some of them had not taken to her well.
One specific alpha had taunted her a little too much, just before meeting the alphas Sebastian had pissed her off enough but in that room that alpha calling her a 'girl who barely crossed puberty' with such ridicule, her mind went red and her wolf leapt taking control of her and once her wolf receded in to her mind, she found the alphas body at her feet, his throat slit and the alphas around her looking at her with fear. Before she could freak out Sebastian had dragged her out of the meeting from the Roma alpha's from across the globe who had come to pay respects to her dead predisiors .
Sebastian had dragged her out of the room but not before adding if anyone else had doubt, nobody did...all doubts they had were erased answered by the slit throat of the dead alpha lying between them.
Now Evelyn was afraid of her own shadow and did not even recognize who she was anymore, she and her wolf were so out of sync that it was not even funny. She had no idea what to do anymore.
Just as-if sensing her misery and perhaps to add to it Sebastian ventured in to the room.
"You!" She screeched at him, one guy she could lay some blame on.
"Yes, me" he calmly said.
"How could you take me in to that room, when you very well knew how crazy my wolf is being!" she accused him.
"I was getting tired of their bickering" he said unaffected by her accusations.
"What?!" She asked utterly confused, Sebastian sounder crazier than her.
