Chapter 4

Diana's POV

"What?!" I yelled at my parent's face's as I jumped up from my spot on the L-shaped couch.

"I'm sorry honey We just think it's better if we move to Toront-" My mom said.

"But-"

"Hun, listen to me, all of us know it's hard to make friends and to fit in but sooner or later you will fit in. Your dad is getting transferred and we have to move to Toronto." My mom said calmly.

"I don't want to hear anymo-"

"We're so sorry, and hun early notice we're leaving in 3 months" My dad added.

"Whatever" I muttered. I went into my room, and closed the door, and decided to scroll down my fb page. I got a messaged and saw it was from Niall. I smiled and replied.

I opened my inbox and messaged Elisha. Hey

Hey She replied.

I'm moving -D Xx

4Realzz? She replied.

Yeah...In 3 months.- D Xx

YOU CAN'T DIANA! THIS IS SO NOT FAIR! OMFG I NEED TO PLAN A GOOD-BYE PARTY!! BEG THEM! - E Xx

I can't really do anything E, and don't tell anyone, especially Liam and Niall. I'll tell them later..actually scratch that, I won't they would be better off not knowing- D Xx

No! They will be heart broken D, Don't leave them like this, what am I supposed to do if they ask you where you went/!- E Xx

I can't my dad has been transferred, tbh I think my parents just don't like me being "happy". I don't think at all my dad got transferred. - D Xx

I logged out and slammed my laptop shut. I fall back and hit my head on the black headboard.

"Ugh."

I opened the laptop again and typed in Radioactive by Imagine Dragons, and played it softly. I covered myself in my fluffy teal and black duvet and curled up in a ball. And fell into a deep sleep.

**In the morning**

"Diana...Diana...DIANA!!!"

"What!?" I yelled, as I covered my face with the blanket.

"Come on, wake up, we gotta go to school!" My sister yelled, Ave.

"I wanna stay homeeeee" I grumbled.

"Lazy-ass" She muttered as she plopped down on the bed and fell asleep quickly.

*Niall's POV*

I heard Diana isn't here..Why? Is it because of me or....something else happened? Was it because I saw her smoking? Was it her first time smoking? Or was she just hiding it from everyone, except Zayn? How could she lie to me? Am I being replaced? By ZAYN?!

"Mr.Horan Is everything alright?" Ms.Abernathy asked me.

"Yeah, Just feeling a little light headed that's all Ms.A" I lied.

"You could put your head down a little while, but don't fall asleep, just listen" Ms.Abernathy said.

I always liked Ms.Abernathy, she was always so nice and considerate.

I layed down my head, and crossed my arms around my head.

Why would she smoke in the first place? It's so stupid of her....Is Zayn the one who got her in the habit? I'm so pissed of she couldn't come to me and just tell me she smoked. Why couldn't she just tell me, was it really that hard?!

I sucked my teeth, and closed my eyes for a while.

"So what happened today? Anything special? Anything interesting?" I asked, Diana.

"Not really, Well....Having Mr.Acklemen was okay..But he could've let us play music while we're working..it was kind of boring"

"Wow, your lucky he let you guys have free-time, you guys aren't little kids so you guys don't deserve free-time." I said.

"Hey! Shut up Ni!" Diana said, as she smacked me ontop of the head with her soft cover book.

"Ouch" I said.

"You lucky this is a soft cover, Imagine if it was hard cover aha!" Diana said.

"Shut up D, and Aha I saw you slip on ice outside it was so hilarious!" I said, as I started laughing at her.

Hmph, It's not nice to make fun of people!" Diana said. "I don't even know why I have you as a best friend, you don't deserve to be friends with Taylor Lautner's wife! I should be slapping you right now, I am THE Ms.Future Lautner, treat me nice or el-"

As our lips touched I could feel my own  heart beating hard and fast against my chest.A kiss so passionate and yet so innocent. I was determined to grasp this memory.This one I would never forget. I pulled away, my forehead leaning against hers'. I smiled a sweet smile making Diana's eyes shine, I thought for a second and noticed she was about to cry. I moved away from her and grabbed her petite hands.

"I-I'm so sorry Diana..." I said.

She grabbed her bag, and ran down the hall.

I lost her.

 I sigh, and hold my head in my sweaty hands.

"How could I do such a stupid thing?!" I muttered.

I heard footsteps down the hall, I raised my self slowly, and wipe my tears, as I went to the door entrance. I saw Diana walking back shamelessly.

"Diana what are y-"

"I forgot my book" She said, as she walked past me and grabbed her book off the floor.

"Bye" Diana muttered, as she walked past me.

I grabbed her elbow, and just as I was about to open my mouth to speak she pulled her elbow away from her grip, and walked down the hall.

I walked into the cold empty room, and collected all my stuff and shoved it into my bag, as brimmed my eyes. I sniffled and wiped away my tears completely, and took in 3 deep breaths, before I said bye to everyone in the other room, and left the school. I walked home, thinking of how this is going to effect the friendship between me and Diana, and we may never be best friends and as close as we were as now.

Suck didn't it?...I took like 3 days to write 'dis..and It's so little , I could've written more, but eh it's a Sunday and there's school tomarrow! WHOO HOO! This is the last week of school before the winter break AAHHA!
