Chapter 15 not again

POV Katie- it was 9:30 am. I got dressed and asked my mom to bring me to the barn.

When I got there I seen Emma and Megan arguing with 2 adults I didn't recognize, one of them was in a truck pulling a horse trailer but it was parked, Inside the trailer was Mocha Torri and Precious? I was so confused. I ran over to them and asked what was going on. "What's happing?" "There trying to take our horses!" Hollered Emma. "Before you girls found these horses the rightful owner signed them over to us in a year, and it's been a year so these horses belonged to us." A tall girl with brown hair said. "This is ridiculous!" I screamed.

POV-Emma

"He abounded these horses and we found them a year ago, they belong to us!" I fought back. I seen Katie walk off a few steps to call Alex and fill her in. Alex was here in no time. "You can't do this!" Screamed Alex. "Girls..." Megan said. " the owner signed off to them, I'm sorry there's nothing u can do." Megan walked away feeling horrible for us and went in the house, my face was pale and empty of emotion. Speach less I stared into the eyes of Katie and Alex, feeling the same way I did. "Please" I said one last time barley able to speak. The girl walked into the drivers seat of the trailer and drove off. The trailer said hooves to hooves. I feel onto my knees and started crying. "Why does this always happen!" I hollered as loud as I could. "why can't they just be ours forever, we found them!" I said speaking louder. Katie and Alex speachless walked into the barn, I followed them. None of us said a word, tears fell down each of our faces. "Is this really it, are they gone." Katie said in a low town. I've never seen this look on Katie's face before, the disappointment made me feel even worse. "Im not ever going to stop looking for them." Alex said strongly whipping the tears away from under her eyes. "The barn is hooves to hooves" I said before we all walked out asking Megan to drive us. "Girls I don't want to get you into trouble" she sharply said. "Please Megan, what if it was your horse" Alex begged. "Fine." She said. We all smiled. She hooked up a horse trailer on the back.

After driving for 20 minuets we found the barn it was made out of wood and looked like it was falling over. There was 2 paddocks and webs everywhere. We got out of the car but Megan stayed in waiting for us to return. "This is creppy" I said. We walked into the entrance. There was 10 horses lined up stall by stall we fastly haltered our horses and got on there backs cantering over to Megan. We loaded them up in the trailer and left.

-the next day- POV Alex
"I can't believe we got them back so easily!" I said to my friends
We got a phone call later from the people signing them off to us. There ours, finally. "I'm stick of being worried of people taking them" I said.
