Chapter 10: "Cutie for a dad....WOW!!!"

After we dried off we decided to go to my room and sleep it off then leave in the morning. So we're heading to my room when I hear my dad's door quietly squeak open and his padded footsteps into the hall. "Who's there?" Karaen more than whispers, "Shut up!!" I say loud enough to get it through her head. "All right on my signal we're gonna go shoot into my room and crawl in the bed." She nods and I squeeze her hand then we run to my room, shut  the door and quickly cover up. Just in time to because before you can say "Kristal Stan" my dad flings open the door and turns on the light,then ever so "quietly" moves toward the bed. (Mind you Tony Mckendra's idea of quiet is from what he saw in S.W.A.T.the movie) "Jinna love is that you?" comes his romancing the bride voice. Karaen squirms under the cover and I silently nudge her and then......and here comes the worst......I sneeze. That does it dad whips off the covers and discovers his 17 year old daughter huddled up next to Karaen Stan still a wee bit wet and in Mickey Mouse pajamas. "Jinna, honey what are you doing here? You're supposed to be at Kristal's, training starts tomorrow!?" "Oh c'mon dad, give me a break." I say and jump out of bed "You expect me to sleep tight when my execution is tomorrow." I shrug, "Besides it was her idea." I point at Karaen who's in a trance, finallly I wave my hand in front of her face and she snaps back to reality and says "You're hot." I know my dad kinda resembles Ethan Hawke but seriously she didn't have to say it to his face. "Oh, Karaen darling I didn't even recognize you. It's been years." he says "Great garden of peas dad, can you please compose yourself! She's done gone right out of her tree!!!!" But I soon found out that "Mr. Hawke" had shifted his attention on me.
