Chapter 22

What happened later .. came..

The dark haired boy and the blonde girl were in the amusement park, scareowinds . They rode all the sickening looping rides. The night was a close shade to pitch black and there was a slight wind. The two naive teenagers hold hands and stride toward one more ride.

" Okay one more ride then we can go please?"

Zayn chuckles and squeezes her hand for a second.

" Okay fine. one more ride sweet heart"

She jumps up and down making her red sweater flop. they continue on the path when Zayn sees a haunted house.

" Hey babe wanna go in that haunted house?"

Alexia's face went wild. her eyes a full circle of white while her mouth a perfect oval shape.

"S-seriously z-zayn? b-but I don't like haunted houses"

He laughed and put his long arm around Alexia's shoulders.

" It will be fine lex" he assured her

"I'll be right next to you the whole time"

And finished with a beautiful persuading smile. alexia held on for dear life on his forearm.

" It's gonna be fine, if it helps just close your eyes the whole time"

The girl nodded . not sure of what would happen in the dark house, she reassured herself that zayn would be right next to her. she took in a huge breathe and opened the black doors. they opened with a long tired creak. Alexia felt her legs tremble, she had a bad felling about this. the girl and boy took a few more steps inside the dark house, when the doors slammed shut behind them. alexia looked back frightened but kept moving forward. soon strange nosies filled the atmosphere. that only made alexia tighten her grip on Zayn and close her eyes. There were few windows that provided enough light to see. I ruffling noise sounded but it was just a rat that scurried across the floor. she almost had enough of this nonsense when she saw a guy in a ski mask with an ax or rather 'fake' ax. She quickly shut her eyes and only heard only the noise. the thing let out a low scream in his throat . He stopped when she clutched to Zayn .

" Sorry it's my job"he whispered.

Alexia heard his footsteps going in the opposite direction . Zayn led her further down the long corridor . This episode happened twice. all of the masked creatures felt pity for the girl so they stoped. the boy saw a red light just a few meters away.

" Sweet heart the exit is up a head"

This took a huge weight off alexia . no more Scary masked people. Alexia lifted her head off of Zayns shoulder. she saw the exit sign too. excited she drug zayn behind her to the door.They were almost to the door when one last figure came at them. It had a long black robe on with a white mask . it also held a gleaming knife.. that looked real ! it lunged at zayn but alexia was too quick. she threw herself In front of zayn . she felt a shooting pain in her lower back. her face went blank with her eye lids shutting and opening debating whether she should pass out.
