Xander's P.O.V.

"Move." That's all I say with a dominant tone, spreading venom with my words.The wolves knew better and did as I say while I keep walking to the Alpha. "Who are you and what's your business here?" The Alpha,Mark, asked me in a dominant Alpha tone.It didn't scared me or move me in the slightest, he may be an Alpha but I can take him on a fight anytime I want. "I will explain later on, but first we shall treat Aiden's wounds." "Very well, we shall, but you have a lot to explain." The Luna, Ellen, tells me. We all start walking and reach the pack house some minutes later. There I give Aiden to the doctor's.Let's just say I threat them with a "If he dies, I will hunt you down.Got it?" Believe me, they will not fail if they know what's good for them.

After that I get inside Aiden's house and it's a really beautiful structure. Mark observes me as he asks me to sit down, I responded with a "Thank You." and do it.The Luna and Alpha sit down as they dismiss everyone on the area so that we could talk.Then... "Who are you and what's your business here?" Mark ends up asking me as Ellen observes.Heh, I have to give it to them, for what I have seen they are up for leading. "I am Xander Lenstrange Vaugan,Vampire Lord and your son's, Aiden's mate." Mark goes a little wide eyed as his wife.But they don't look so surprised of the news.

Elln it's the first to react with a squeal.  "YAS! SUCK THAT MARK! I TOLD YOU THAT ONE DAY I WOULD HAVE A GAY SON! HA! " "Ellen Veldon for the Moon Goddess sake." Mark says with a facepalm and I had to hold my chuckle for their hilarious diaplay.Then Mark looks at me. "Since when?" He asks. "Since his 18 birthday.With my knowledge of him being my mate I waited until he could sense me." "...How old are you anyway?" Ellen asks.Oh gosh here we go. "I'm 527 years old." "Omg my son is mated to a pedophile! What do we do Mark?!" Ellen says and I just shake my head in disapproval.I have to admit though, she's hilarious! "ELLEN! Ugh!" mark says before a sigh and continues. "I'm sorry Xander,so, you are Aiden's mate.I have to ask, do you work?" What is this? An American movie about the 16 year old daughter getting a boyfriend for the first time!? Really!? "No I don't Mr.Harleston, but I do help the Conven Leader (*coughs*Sperm donor) sometimes." I smile while I say this.

After sometime I get tired of talking about technically useless stuff and start talking at least something meaningful (for me though). "Why are you so relaxed and asking me these type of questions?" Mark and Ellen look each other while smiling then back at me. "Cause you are my son's mate, and I know you wouldn't do anything to upset him.Plus if you wanted, you could have killed us long ago." Ellen responds and his husband continues. "Plus I say your expressions when Aiden was in your arms, it was pure anger. For that I can tell how you feel about my son and that you don't mean any harm." This time I go wide eyed myself,I should give them credit. They really are worthy of their fame and to be Aiden's progenitors and leaders of The Royal Mist pack (one of the strongest).

"So, want some cheesecake? You know, if you can eat human food." Ellen asks me. "It would be delightful Mrs.Harleston." I respond with a smile. "Oh please! You are family now and you are older than me, call me Ellen!" Ellen grins and walks to the kitchen. "You should call me by my name too kid, you are family now after all." Mark says and he ruffles my hair and I'm surprised.I have never been treated like a child before. " I can tell... " Mark says while getting in one knee in front of me.  "-that you are a child that has been treated as an adult all his life." He says with a warm smile and I really can't say anything. Nobody has ever been like this with me... I... I don't know what to do.Damn, Aiden is really lucky to have him and Ellen. I'm so glad that he grew up like this.I just give a genuine smile to the gentleman and respond : "Thank You Sir." He deserves that tittle and my full respect as an Alpha, father and as a man.He has wide eyes... Maybe cause he knows that Vampire Lords don't use respectful terms towards anyone, especially werewolves. Then he stands up, ruffles my head and says: "No problem pup." With a grin and I can't help it but to smile too.

After half hour we talk about basic topics and one of the nurses walks to us to inform that we can see Aiden.The 3 of us (Me, Ellen and Mark) walk to the medical house (works as a hospital and has the equipment with medical expert's) the neighborhood (A.K.A Pack).When we reach the room Aiden is established for the time being I can't help it but to be anxious.He's laying on the bed, covered from head to toe.Before I can even think my body reacts on his own I'm sitting beside him on one of the chairs,taking his hand in the process.

Mark and Ellen don't interrupt me and ask the doctor how's the situation.He says that because of the blood I gave him he's gonna be stable in maximum 3 days. Relieved sighs fill the room and shoulders falls down in a relaxing matter. Aiden is gonna be okay and I couldn't be happier (expect if we married though...and mate).But that's other stuff.Right now I will concentrate on Aiden's recovery.I'm not forgetting the possible suspects in the attack though.When I'm done taking care of him completely. There will be hell to pay.Starting with Brice that's not here to be seen.
