NICO'S POV
The week after I met Perri Jackson, I've been trying to figure out who her godly parent. Why you ask? Because she's cute and I hope that we could be friends. From the looks she's been getting at mealtimes, I'm not the only one trying to figure her out. She's great at archery, like the Apollo Cabin, but ask her to sing, and your ears will start bleeding like crazy. It happened to Will this morning.
" Nico?" a hand is waved across my face and I snap into focus. Perri's looking straight at me and we're in my room in the Hades Cabin.
"Oh, sorry. There's a lot on my mind right now." like who your godly parent is.
"Oh, okay. I have a question for you."
"Sure."
"What do you think of when you see me, being, you know, Percy's younger sister?"
" I think that you should follow your dreams, as cheesy as it sounds, and try not to sink into Percy's shadow of fame."
She bobs her head absent mindedly,"Okay," we spend the next minutes in silence until she stands up to leave," I have to go. Percy will get worried. Bye." she leaves the Hades Cabin.I sit alone on my bed for a few minutes then leave for dinner.
