Chapter 4

(Joanna POV)

The bell ring first period it's finally over. Think God that's the only class I have with Zayn, just looking at his face makes me want to slap him. He's the biggest jerk I've ever known I hate with a passion for breaking my best friend Jessica's heart by rejecting her. He think I don't know that He found his mate, but Jessica tells me everything. And that's why he made up that live on her family saying that they were stilling the pack money, even though I think it was him I have no proof The one day I will get him to confess. After all we were friends from the day she was born. Zayn, Jessica and I are all month apart from each other. Zayn was born first, I was born the month after, and Jessica was born a month after me. My parents are the Alphas Zayn Parents betas and Jessica parents is third in command we were three peas in a pod we did everything together. In freshman year of high school he discovered basketball which made him the most popular guy in school. At first we still hung out when he start to let the so-called fame get to his head, by me being the future luna I must keep the peace. I can't be around someone who's a bully even if he is the Beta son.

"My love, your going to be late for second period. Didn't you hear the bell ring?"so I turn around.

"Louis don't sneak up behind me like that, and yes I did his Bell ring. why are you here? You should be going to class now too!"

"I know, I was just waiting on you." he said wrapping his arm around my shoulders, I wanted to protest but the sparks between us makes me feel all warm inside. Then something clicked in me and I said to myself do it now, reject him now and get it over with and you will be free.

"I Joanna Horan reject you Louis.... Wait what is your last name?" Damn.

"Wouldn't you like to know? You want find out at least not until I want you . So come on let's go to class now and stop this nonsense about rejecting me your mine, I won't stand for it. If anyone tries to break us apart I will kill them. I waited too long to find you love." He says with a smirk on his face that I wanted to slap off and at the same time wanted to kiss for caring so deeply.

Second period seems like it last forever, Third and fourth period too. I couldn't concentrate on what the teachers was saying. I was so busy thinking about Louis, my pack family.

(Louis POV)

"It's time for lunch Joanna," I said holding my hand out for her to grab it but she pushed it away.

"What are you doing?" i'm not eating lunch with you.

"Well seeing that I don't eat, of course we're not eating lunch together. I will sit at the same table as you and wait for you to get done eating something out to class together sweetheart." Say that with a smell trying not to get upset at the fact of her attitude.

"No you will not sit at the same table with me, you would not walk with me to class, please just stay away from me." she said pouting with arms across her chess.

"Sorry no can do I came to this school for you, we will be together at this school whether you like it or not." Now I'm starting to get pissed.

"My pack members and I sit together for lunch and they would not take Kindly to a vampire sitting at our table so I suggest you think otherwise before there's trouble." This time she said nervously in scared

Hahaha. baby you're so funny all vampires werewolves no never come in between a mates. You're my mate no one will mess with me and if they do they will be in for a world trouble Anna.

"Louis, you can't do this to me no one can know that we are mates." She said to me with tears running down her cheeks making my heart weak at the fact she don't want me as her mate.

"Sweetheart, I'm sorry that you feel that way but you are mine." I said as I can feel the rage as my eyes went red. I can feel her heart starts to race faster. As I start to feel sad knowing that I'm scaring my mate, my beloved, but she need to know that I'm not giving in to the word no.

"Okay well you can sit with me, just calm down relax." she said, than she reach up to touched my shoulder, coming me down I just wanted to kiss her.

wrapping my arm around her shoulder as we walked to the cafeteria, I could tell she was nervous but is now or never.

(Joanna POV)

Just before we open the door to walk inside the cafeteria i turn in looked that him. "Please be on your best behavior if you want this to work." I can't believe I'm introducing him to some of my pack members. I hope that I don't regret this but I just can't say no to him when he's so persistent.

"I'm always on my best behavior you have to worry about that you might have to worry about your pack." He said leaning into kissing on the cheek, give me butterflies.

"Louis you missed" I say with a shaking from his touch.

"What do you mean I mess?"

"Well I'll show you," I wrapped my arms around his neck and gave him a soft kiss on his lips. I was just about to let go, looking them into his eyes as he gave me this Devilish smirk grabbing me wrapping his arms around my waist kissing me with such passion I could just live in his arms and never leave.

The door open I see Zayn standing there.

"What the fuck are you doing Joanna?"
