I'm sorry that I don't know what's going on because I can't figure out how to ask

I'm sorry I don't like talking to you anymore because I always get too loud and you tell me to chill
I'm sorry I don't trust you with my stuff

I'm sorry that when I feel like I hit personal rock bottom I think that others have it worse and I hate that mindset that there's always someone who feels worse than you so you should always be positive no matter what
