The first day of school has finally came and Kazumi Ichihara the strict Student Council President of Toyama Academy met Kaoru Kusugawa a new student and was supposedly to enjoy his new school life but he was mistakenly identified as a delinquent by Kazumi and things might get worse if he cannot clear the misunderstanding as soon as possible.
