A Party to Remember

Bloom awoke to the sound of thousands of feet scurrying around the castle. Then it hit her.

"Sky's birthday celebration!" She yelled aloud.

Bloom was suppose to get ready for the party by 1:00PM and it was already noon!

She rushed out of bed, took a shower and got dressed into her gown for the party. Bloom put her hair up in a triple bun to keep it out of her face. As a final touch she put another pink flower into her red hair. 

With everything prepared, Bloom ran down the stairs and out to the stables to talk to Blair since she didn't yesterday.

She arrived at the stables and put the shield down. 

Hey Blair, sorry I didn't come by yesterday, but I was really busy Bloom lied.

That's alright, I've been talking to another dragon Blair motioned to where a gigantic grey dragon was squished into the biggest stable, He's going to be presented at the party tonight, and as tradition, the Prince will ride him and show him off to the people. He did the same for the King, and he knows everything there is about Eraklyon.

That's wonderful! I have to leave for the party, but have fun with... Bloom started but didn't know the name of the dragon ten times her size.

Smoke Blair told Bloom.

With that said, Bloom put the barrier back up and ran back to the castle and into ballroom where guests were already waiting. She slipped in through the kitchen so she wasn't seen.

Soon all of the guests were present and the Celebration began. Buffet tables were set all around the room for everyone to enjoy. Bloom was too distracted from the loud talking from many different people to see someone coming from behind her. 

"Hello!" A very cheery voice said.

Bloom nearly jumped out of her skin as she turned around to see who it was.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to frighten you" The girl said again, "I'm Stella, Princess of Solaria, and I couldn't help but praise such a beautiful gown"

"It's an honor your highness" Bloom curtsied.

"Oh stop this royal stuff, I just want to party!" Stella cheered.

"Okay then, my name is Bloom" Bloom smiled.

"Whoa, who's that?" Stella pointed to somebody, and Bloom saw that she was pointing to Brandon!

"That is Brandon, Prince Sky's squire. They are both old friends of mine" Bloom explained, but then she saw Stella's eyes go from her to Brandon and back.

"He's single and always has been" Bloom said, realizing what Stella thought.

"Yay! You can introduce me!" Stella exclaimed as she dragged Bloom over to Brandon and Sky, "I can tell that we are going to become the best of friends!"

Sky's jaw dropped when he saw Bloom and Brandon did the same for Stella.

"Brandon, this is Princess Stella of Solaria. Stella, this is Brandon, Prince Sky's squire" Bloom introduced.

Brandon took Stella's hand and kissed it lightly. Bloom could tell Sky was about to take her own hand and do the same, so she heated it up 90 degrees. Sky picked up her hand , but quickly dropped it, feeling the burn.

Brandon, Bloom, and Stella started laughing as Sky waved his hand around to cool it down.

"So your a fairy with fire powers, correct?" Stella asked.
