- 3 Months Later-
It was a nice cool afternoon. I was taking a walk outside with Smile dog. We were walking towards my boyfriend's house.
*Flash back*
It had been a month since Jeff had left. I was sad and I didn't have much to do. As much as I hated that asshole I missed his presences. I also needed a job. I had wasted a lot of money on food and new clothes. I would make sure that this time I wasn't going to be a street whore.
I drove around town seeking a new job. I didn't want to work or be seen close to the cabin or the pharmacy, so I drove about 3 miles.
I looked around for almost an hour, then I stumbled upon an old antique store. When I entered the store the floor boards creaked, and a little bell rang. An old woman greeted me."Welcome to Annie's Antiques! How may I help you?" she asked
"I was wondering if I could get a job here"
She smiled "Very well. You just need to sign a couple of papers first"
I followed her to the front desk. It took me 15 minutes to fill out all the papers.
"You start tomorrow at 8:30 am" she said.
I thanked her then left.
The next day I drove to work, I let Smile dog walk around in the woods until I got back. He wasn't like any other ordinary dog, so I knew he would come back.
When I entered the store, the store owner, Annie, also known as the old lady who gave me the job, showed me around and told me what to do. After that she left and I was alone again. The store was usually empty but it was my job to clean the antiques in the store.
It was the middle of the day when a young man walked into the store."Hey I'm looking for Annie" he said
"She's not here, do you want to leave her a message?"
"No it's fine. Are you the new employee?" the young man asked
"Yeah"
I looked at the man. He was gorgeous. He was a foot taller than me, he had brown messy hair, and dreamy green eyes."I'm Andy, I'm Annie's son. You must be y/n." he stuck his hand out.
I shook his hand.
"How did you know my name?" I asked shocked"I'm psychic"
"Really!?" I exclaimed
He giggled. "No, I just saw your name tag."
I chuckled nervously. His giggle was so cute. I starred into his beautiful green eyes.
"Have we met?" he asked
"No. I don't think so."
"You look so familiar" he said
He knows! Shit! Shit! Shit! I have to play it cool.
"Oh I get that a lot" I smiled hoping he would buy it.
He smiled back.
"Okay. Have you eaten yet?""No"
"Let's go get something to eat, my mom won't mind if you leave the store for a couple of minutes."
"Okay" I grabbed my purse and followed him.
We went to a small dinner.
We ate then walked back to the store. We talked about music and books, we had a lot of things in common."Thanks for lunch" I said
"No problem. I have to go but I'll see you soon." he winked then left.
I had this weird feeling in my stomach. I felt happy, I felt like a normal person. My life was finally beginning to change.
The next few weeks Andy and I spent more time together. Every day after work he would take me out to eat or watch a movie.
We knew almost everything about each other, except for the fact that I was a killer who lived in a cabin with a creepy dog.
