To be honest, Niall going on tour really took a big test on your relationship. From different timezones to busy schedules, it really was hard to balance your personal life at home and your long distance relationship with Niall.

Six months on this tour and it seemed like your relationship with Niall took a big twist. He suddenly just stopped texting you, ignored your calls and declined your FaceTime requests. It has been going on for about two weeks and you finally decided to confront him. You hated fighting over the phone because it never got anywhere but there was no other choice. Surely you could take time off work to fly out to where the boys are but the bad thing can happen which can lead you to fly back to your hometown in no time with a broken heart.

You sent him a very long text explaining that what you're about to say is very important; after that Niall decided to FaceTime for the very first time. One thing lead to another and that was the end of your relationship. He didn't even fight for you then and there and you didn't seem to try anymore. He already gave up. Maybe this wasn't even meant to be even though you guys have been dating for 3 years now.

Maybe he was just over you and this relationship, maybe he found someone new, maybe he just doesn't love you anymore.

Two months have passed and nothing was heard from Niall. He never tried to call you, never tried to reach you and that's when you realized that your relationship is definitely over.

But little did you know that Niall was dying inside. Since the day you broke up, he was dying. Tour life really did have an effect on him and he got distracted by so many things he couldn't handle. He knew he should've stopped you the moment you told him you should break up but he knew that you have thought about this long before making any decisions because that is who you are. He knew that this is what you wanted but it wasn't really. He didn't want to hold you back.

He's been longing for your voice, your touch, your presence and just to see your smile could make him feel so much better. He's been stressed about tour and not having you right there next to him for support really messed him up.

He was lying in his bed in his hotel in a gorgeous city. Little adrenaline still running through him from the concert only a few hours ago, he was thinking about you just like he does every second of every day. He missed you a lot and to think that you are probably holding some douche's hand made his blood boil. No one is allowed to touch what is his. He still thinks you're his and for him it will always stay that way. He really messed up but he misses you like crazy.

Without thinking, he grabbed his phone, typed your name in the contact search and dialed your number. After a few rings you picked up and his breath hitched.

"Niall?"

He heard your sweet voice for the very first time in months and he couldn't help but let a few tears escape his eyes.

"...Niall? Are you there?"

"Y-yeah... H-hi, Y/N." He smiled.

"Are you okay?" You were always so concerned about him and even though he hurt you, you still stayed that way.

"I miss you"

He blurted out. It didn't surprise him. He knew he'd say it somehow. He honestly missed you so much. It took you a few seconds to take in what he just said and you sigh.

"Niall, you're probably drunk, just-"

"I'm not!" He defended. "I'm in a hotel room, just done a concert a few hours ago and I've been thinking about the one girl I miss so fucking much. I-I, I'm so sorry I've hurt you, baby." He started to sob which broke your heart.

"Excuse me," He heard you say but you didn't say it to him. You're actually on a date right now but just like all the dates before, it didn't spark your interest. You could care less if you talk to your ex boyfriend while your date waits inside. He could walk away and never call you again for all you care. Niall heard you shuffling to go outside which made his brows furrow.

"What're ya doin', Y/N?" He asked out of curiosity.

"N-nothing, just out and about." You awkwardly said.

"Are... Are you on a d-date?" The last pieces of his heart broke.

You smiled. "Well, it's not much of a date anymore when I just grabbed all my stuff, excused myself in the middle of a date to talk to my ex boyfriend, now is it?". Niall chuckled.

"I hope you don't like that prick! You're mine!" He said sternly.

"I'm not yours anymore, Niall."

Ouch!

Niall sighs. "Yeah, but I will do anything to have you as mine, Y/N." Niall admits. You sigh and walked down the street. You remembered that your date picked you up so you didn't have your own car to drive home.

"Shit!" You say out of annoyance.

"What's wrong, Y/N?"

"Nothing, just forgot I didn't come here by myself. I'm gonna have to call an uber or something."

Niall started to panic a little. He doesn't like the idea of you wandering around at night where something bad can happen with you. And, he was in an other country so he coulnd't come an pick you up.

"Y/N, go into a building with lots of people inside and then call an uber. Don't want you standing on your own outside."

"It's okay, Niall..." You reassured him. "I'm in a taxi right now". You smiled. That made Niall relax a little bit.

"Now, about us," Niall started.

"Niall, I don't want to talk about it on the phone. We need a face-to-face conversation , please."

"Whatever you want. I'd be happy to see you again. I missed you." Niall blushed like a teenage boy having a crush. His words made your heart flutter.

"I missed you too." You say.
