(Remember Ticci Toby is VERY hostile.You have been warned)
Get a trash can and light it on fire.Place hatchets around it and say "Toby the hatchet boy" and turn around.(they have to be real hatchets!they come real cheap at hard ware stores.Or if your lazy like me go on E bay or something.) If the trash can doesn't work make a bonfire and use the same rules as the trash can.
