What you'll need
Midnight
Any kind of doll
Your room
Empty house
5 candles of any color
Pin/knife
Blood
Matches/lighter
Step one:
Be sure to be the only person within the house,at midnight grab any kind of doll and go to(sleep,sorry couldn't help it XD) your room .
Step two:
Be sure that your room is completely dark and put five candles in a circle around you.light up the candles with the matches/lighters,use a pin/knife to draw blood just enough for a few drops.
Step three:
Put three drops of blood on the doll,put one one the mouth and one on both eyes. Then chant three times:
"Jason the toymaker,
appear before me,
put me in the image you want me to be."
Then you will hear an insane laughter and it will say:
"You call?"
After that each of the candles will go out one by one,counting down the last seconds of your life.

Get a doll or a stuffed animal.(Dolls work better for some reason)
Step two
Glare directly at your favorite Jason the toymaker picture.
Step three
Listen to a song that reminds you of him.
Step four
Whisper the (toy gender) belongs to me.Don't shout at the toy or Jason will be mad.
Step five
Knock on your door five times.(Please don't be scared cause Jason will think you don't want to be around him and kill you.)
