Go to a carnival at night time,stand up looking at the sky
Step two:
Hold out you hand and close your eyes,then say Laughing Jack 5 times
(I would then run like hell and not eat any candy you find just lying around!)

Step one
Play "pop goes the weasel(1x)
Play "Laughing Jack's victim's lullaby or remix (1 or 2x)
Play "come little children" by Laughing Jack with the laugh (3x)
Step two
Fall asleep
(Small chance of playing with rainbow Laughing Jack)
