Ok, so far you know Clary and her mom...did I ever tell her name? Her name is Cassie....then there was her ex-husband and also Clary's friend Alexandra. Well there's her boyfriend, but there are other characters your about to come in contact with. Once you know, I hope your surprised how they came in the story.

So.......there is a wolve in the entry of the tree line right? And that thing was huge!! How could I ever think that those things could exist.

And it wasn't like there was any chance of getting away, cause that will only get the wolve in a game of chase. It's like a cat and mouse game. Once the cat gets you, your dead.

The wolve was now starting to move towards me. Not fast but at a steady pace. I looked around to see is if there was any companions around waiting for the kill. For me I'm luck I could try to get the wolve not to eat me.

By the time it was in the middle of the field like 20 feet from me I tried to talk to it: "ok, I know that your huge and I'm like a meal but could you not eat me. Or at least try not to?" The wolve just looked at me and cocked it's head to the right. I thought it was going to do that..... This is going to get complicated if I can't get to talk to the huge wolf.

Then as if it read my mind it transformed into a male human.......ok this is getting weird. The looked at me curiously as if assessing my height and how slim I was. Once he was satisfied he said:"hey there, you shouldn't be out here." Like I couldn't guess that."umm.... weren't you just a wolf a minute ago?"
"Well, yes I was but..... nevermind. What's your name?"
"Clary, what's yours?"
"I'm jack, you have a boyfriend?"
Umm like he was going to get me for free.....NO

"Yes I have a boyfriend. Don't you have a mate?"
He smiled at me like he was enjoying the conversation.
"No, I don't I just turned 4 months ago...."
Right

I was about to tell him why I was here until I heard a familiar voice:"Clary? What are u doing all the way out here?" That might be a little while before I explain. "I thought you told me that you would call me back in 10 minutes."

Honestly I had forgotten all about the call back in 10 minutes thing. "Sorry I forgot to do that, didn't mean to worry you." Like damn right I forgot cause I did but I kinda spaced off by the distraction of the wolf that jut shifted into a male human.

Jack looked at me and said:"Is this your boyfriend?" Like hell it is."yes, it is, Jack this is Jake, Jake this is Jack." Then smiled like I was trying to think of something to say besides introducing them to each other.

Jack then said"well, it's nice to meet you, I have to go. Duty is calling" so from there I waved bye and he shifted into a wolf and took off. Jake turned to me and said"he is a wolf?!! I didn't even know they existed!! That thing is huge!!" Yea u got that damn right.

So on the way to his house he went on and on about how big the wolf I (we) just met. I honestly was starting to get paranoid with him talking that much about it. Then out of no where he said"u know your birthday is coming up in 3 weeks right?" I had totally forgotten about my birthday!! I sighed and said"well it's actually in 2 and a half weeks away." "Well, I was close enough."

I didn't know how far I was out there until I looked at the clock on my phone. It was 1:00 by the time we got home. I was 2 hours out of the city!! I can't even believe I was that far out!

Now I know if I just want to have a wolf as a friend I know where to go. So we pulled up in the driveway and I got out of the car and went to the front door so he could let me in. Right as I entered the house my phone rang. It was mom, crap I forgot about the chat we were going to have! Damn. I answered the phone quick:"hey sorry I forgot about the chat we were going to have." She then said"where are u? Your obviously not home." Then I saw Jake from the corner of my eye look at me curiously.

I'm at Jake's house, don't freak out at least I'm in the city." I heard a gasp," what do you mean by that?" She sounded really alarmed when I said that. " It's a long story." "Yeah a story your going to tell me when you get home!" Ok that sounded like she was going to yell at me again! "Ok, yes I am going to tell you see you soon." I hung up

Well crap, told myself I was going to have another eider in Jake's Burgundy truck. "What's going on?" He said as I turned around. "Mom wants me home and I forgot that we had to have a chat tonight." A pause " oh OK well let me feed you first?" I sighed, if mom wants to have a chat.... she's going to have to wait.

Then I noticed she called from work."oh crap, nevermind she called from work. I don't have to go home now." he sighed this time. "Ok, what would you like to eat?" I paused for a moment. "Umm I don't know, what do u have? Oh wait nevermind on that. I'll take a peanut butter and jelly sandwich plz." Then smiled as kindly as possible.

when I finished eating he asked what was wrong with what I told him on the phone earlier today. So I told him everything that seemed to be bad and it only got worse for me because of the fear I have for my mom. Then Jake ended up with me in his lap and crying while he was doing the best he could with comforting me. Saying gentle words and telling me things of what he thinks the future is going to look like with me in his life.

I finally found the right time to stop crying and face what i think would be the worst thing ever if it came to me trying to get my mom straight.

I felt stronger some how and with being with Jake made the time pass by kinda fast. I sat on the couch just looking at a picture hung on the wall next to the movie case. My phone started ringing so I got It out without looking at the name and answered it. "Hello" I said as normal as possible. " Hey Clary we haven't talon a while are you ok?" Of course she was going to ask that."yes, I'm fine. You don't need to ask that Everytime you talk to me on the phone." I tried not to sound so annoyed by her asking but I couldn't help it.

"Sorry i know it sounds annoying but I'm trying to help you. So are you still mad at me for not telling you earlier about the invitation?"
Her words struck me then I realized that I completely forgot about that!!! "Umm no when is the ball, it sound like fun." I really like going to dances. Even though it's a ball....I still like the idea. I heard her breath quickly, she must be a happy camper. " It's next week on a Friday night. I'm thinking about leaving on Wednesday so we could get a tour of the country of that's ok.?" Then even more excited"yeah, I'll have to tell mom though." Then a pause," oh, don't worry I have that covered."
