Ten

"Hey baby." I said in a high pitched voice while bending down and picking up Layla. I carried her into the kitchen and held her as I opened the fridge. She kept licking my face and I laughed. I grabbed the apple juice and poured myself a cup then put it back. I took off Layla's wheels with a small amount of difficulty and carried her upstairs along with my apple juice. "I'll take that, thank you." I heard Caden say and before I knew what was happening Caden was closing his door and I no longer had my apple juice. "Fuck you!" I yelled while walking into my bathroom.

"BRETT!" I yelled and he came jogging in. "Help?" I ask gesturing to Layla and the bathtub. He nodded and got out her doggy shampoo. I started the water and set her in it. She started squirming slightly but then got used to it.

She's pretty good with baths; we've never had much of a problem.

We bathed her and dried her off and Brett got her wheels and put them back on her. "Lets go to a party." Brett said suddenly and I shrugged. "Okay." I agreed and he dragged me to my closet. "But I'm dressing you." He said and I laughed, "Okay, I'm trusting you." I said and he walked into my closet. "Remember to choose something sexy. No one will fuck me when I'm wearing a nun outfit. I've had my eye on this one guy, his name is Tyler. He's really hot." I teased and I could practically feel his jealousy radiating off of him.

I waltzed up to his back which was facing me and lightly traced shapes on his back. He spun around after a couple seconds and grabbed my hips firmly and leaned down to my neck and started biting and sucking until he found my sweet spot. I let out a soft moan and he leaned back, "How about we ditch the party and just stay here. We can have some fun our own." He said into my ear while nibbling it, his hands were massaging my ass and i have to admit. I wanted him really bad. I nodded and he motioned for me to jump. I jumped and wrapped my legs around his waist and he carried me over to the bed and laid me down lightly.

"Hey guys." Lizzy said as she sat down next to us. Jack soon collapsed beside her, "Hey, what are you doing at the park?" I asked and she shrugged, "Enjoying the outdoors." She said and I nodded.

It's the next day and Brett and I are at the park, walking Layla.

"It looks like it might rain soon." I said looking up at the sky, it was pretty cloudy and dark, the clouds were just getting darker by the minute. "Yeah, it's supposed to be a really bad storm, up to  six inches of rain. There's a huge flood warning." She said and I looked at her like she was stupid. "Oh yeah we should probably go go home." She said as it hit her. "Yeah, why don't you just come over to my place.  It's closer." I said and they agreed. We ran home and a few minutes after we made it inside it started pouring. I got a text from Caden saying he was at Jared's house and he was fine. "Mom?!" I yelled through the house and I didn't get a response. "Must be stuck at the diner." I said to everyone and they nodded.

I made us all coffee while they all picked out a movie. I grabbed four mugs and brought them to everyone as I sat down next to Brett. He wrapped his arm around my shoulders and High School Musical started playing. "Your kidding me right? Who picked this?" I asked and everyone looked at Jared. I laughed and shrugged and continued watching.

We ended up watching all of the HSM's and both Neighbors movies. I glanced outside and it was horrible. Weather drains were clogged and spewing water like a small water volcano, there was trash among the waiting water, and it was up to about the middle of the. At tires. It was gunna start sweeping things away like cars and signs.

"Wow, guys look at this." I said, waving everyone over to the window. "Wow." they all agreed and we just watched things float by. It was really relaxing for some reason.
