The Mortal Godling (A Demigod/Percy Jackson Fanfic)

An Incomplete Introduction

My first instinct was to run, so I grabbed Chris' arm and dragged him as we tore down the hallway screaming in terror. I then saw an open door and saw an open classroom door and went inside with Chris at my heels. When we busted into he room I saw my history teacher Ms. Klane sitting at her desk looking at us as though we were insane out of our minds.

"Monster snake lady outside," I managed to choke out as I panted furiously "Shes trying...to kill us...call security now"

"I knew it was you two ad there's a monster her now too?" Ms. Klane started to mutter under her breath, "ugh come on now Samantha, how are you gonna pull this off?"

"Um Ms. Klane I don't wanna interrupt you but we really need to something right now," Chris interjected as he cautiously looked out the door's window.

"Yeah if we don't act fast enough we aren't really gonna leave this school alive" I said nervously.

Then all of a sudden Ms. Klane opened the last drawer in her desk and pulled out a 3 foot sword and two small daggers. They were a bronze gold color and were wickedly sharp. She took eh sword out of it sheath an held it up in her hands. She beckoned us over to her desk and outing a finger to her lips telling us to be quiet. I slowly tip toed to her desk and whispered to her, "What are you doing with a sword in your desk? How are you even allowed o have hat wi-"

"Shh," she interrupted me, "let's get out of here alive and then I'll explain everything to you guys about all of this, okay?"

I nodded back at her, quietly we stayed behind the desk and through the door we heard the snake lady monster slowly slithered down the hallway in her snake legs.

"Ohh little demigodsss come out, I'll make your death quick" she cooed

Demigods? Who on earth was she talking to? I know for sure that I can't be a demigod, half god and mortal, it was making my head hurt just thinking about it.

"I can sssmell you children, although it's being ssslightly diluted it won't ssstop me from finding you" she hissed from the hallway

She was getting closer and closer to the room we were in, as she got closer an closer I heard her in the doorway. She slowly entered the room and slithered around. I had my body compressed so tight against Chris' chest in behind the desk that it started to be harder for me I breath.

Then all of a sudden she began to turn back around and headed towards the door to leave. Then Ms. Klane all of a sudden flipped her desk an charged at the monster with a defiant yell and brought down her sword at the monsters shoulder, but the monster blocked the blade with her large talons and swiped at Ms. Klane getting a nice sized cut at the side of her ribs. Ms. Klane grabbed her side but didn't let her guard down an instead stabbed at the monster again.

"Grab those daggers on my desk and protect yourselves as much as possible" Ms. Klane said panting.

Me and Chris both grabbed a dagger and held then up not sure how to protect ourselves, but then Ms. Klane all of a sudden was kicked to the floor by the monster, she stays on the floor with blood trickling down her forehead.

"Ssseems asss though you children are trapped" the monster teased us with a hungry smile.

Chris stepped in front of me protectively and raised his dagger up it was level to the monsters chest.

"Go away if you know what's good for you" he said this with more courage then I could have even managed"

"How brave of you young demigod but I don't have time for you foolisssh gamesss righ-" she cut herself of an bellowed loudly an then exploded into a puff of gold powder. As the golden dust settled I saw that behind where the monster stood was Ms. Klane.

"You guys need to come with me right now, it about time you guys discovered what you truly are"

AN: Herro ebberyone, sorry if I don't update to much since I'm a perfectionist and want my work to be best of quality and with all the work I get from High School I barely find time for myself or to edit the story as we'll. Other ten that I hope you guys enjoyed so far :)
