Jeff's POV
I was back in my house, staring at myself in the mirror. "It's perfect." I whispered. "But it still needs something..." I picked up a knife, and brought it to my face. The pain was unbearable, it made me want to scream. But I kept going. I looked at myself in the mirror. "Now it's perfect, now I can smile forever." "Jeff! What are you doing?!" My mom screamed.
"I couldn't stop smiling mommy, now I can forever. What's wrong? Aren't I beautiful?" She hesitated, fear in her eyes. "Y-yes, of course, let me go get daddy, so he can see your new face..." She bolted out the door. That's when I knew she was lying. I silently followed her, clutching the blade in my hand. "Honey, get the gun! We-" I held the blade to her throat. "Mommy, you lied."
I snapped out of the horrible memory and threw the knife onto the ground.
"Kate! You can't end up like me! You just can't!" I buried my face in my hands, and nearly started sobbing. No one deserves to end up like me, no one. I looked at Kate, and her pupils went small. She brought her hands to her cheeks, and screamed.
"What happened?!" She shrieked. "Wh-what do you mean?!" "All I remember is watching Tyler die, and now I'm here! With a permanent smile!"

Kate's POV
What have I done to myself? What happened?! I buried my face in my hands, and started to cry. Jeff held me in his arms. "If it makes you feel any better, you went ape crap on those cops and scared them away." I looked up at him, and laughed.
"Jeff, when I was watching Tyler take his last breaths, I felt... Strange. I felt like I wanted revenge." That's when I realized, I did want revenge. They would pay for taking an innocent life. I'm a killer, and there's no changing it.
