Rhys Collins is my biggest crush, and he just showed up to my birthday party! I'm literally freaking out right now! He's my best friends, friend, and he's so darn cute!
My best friend is trying to calm me down in my bedroom, we came up here because I had to get changed, I tripped and fell and ripped a huge hole in my jeans. I just love it when I trip over air, you know?
Anyway, Rhys just moved here a couple months ago from California, we've exchanged a couple smiles here and there, but we've never had an actual conversation. I wanna go up and talk to him, but I'm too scared.
I started opening gifts, we were all in the living room, the first thing I opened was a gift from Emalie, she got me a bracelet that had cuffs on it and said "partners in crime" she held her wrist up, telling me she had the other one. The next one I opened was from Drake, my guy best friend, he got me a pair of black converse. I opened many more gifts after that.
After the party was over everyone was almost gone, it was only me, Emalie, Drake, my brother Aaron, and RHYS! Him and my brother are friends now, I guess. But Rhys kept staring at me from the other couch I could feel him watching me. Me and Emalie finally went up to my room to hang out after we had lost interest in the movie.
After about an hour of talking about our cute science teacher Mr. Wellings, regular "girl talk" and our homework. We heard a knock on my door, I hollered "come in!" It was Aaron and Rhys. (Drake had went home already) Aaron said he had found a letter from someone by the TV. Him and Rhys went to his bedroom, Rhys gave me this shy smile and left too.
I opened the envelope to see who it was from, it said "From, Rhys. To: The Birthday Girl<3" I almost fainted just by reading that! Anyway, I opened it the rest of the way up, and started reading it aloud, it said,
"I know we've never actually talked, but trust me, I've been dying to talk to you ever since the day I first came here and saw you in my world history class. It would be great to talk to you sometime, I think you're the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. :)
