*Jack Js POV*
"Emalie Grace, will you be my girlfriend?" I say with a huge smile on my face, I'm on one knee with a ring pop in my hand, she's dying of laughter. "Yes, yes, I will" I stand up and kiss her. "I'm so glad we're finally together." I tell her. "Me too, J, me too. I also love my ring pop." She giggles. I laugh. I intertwine our fingers, and I start to walk to where the rest of the people are. Shawn sees us. He's mad now, he's really jealous. Haha, Shawn! I think. Then Emalie let's go of my hand.
*Emalie POV*
I let go of Jack's hand, and run over to Shawn, I feel so bad. I hug him and he hugs me back, tight. We're standing like that for about 10 minutes or so, and Shawn's crying. I feel terrible. Then Jack walks over to me and tears me away from Shawn. "Jack! What are you doing?" He looks furious, "I just asked you to be my girlfriend, now you're hugging Shawn? What even Emalie?" I look at Shawn still crying. "I'm sorry that I just hurt my best friends feeling Jack, and you could care less! I'm just trying to comfort him! He probably wants me more than you do!" I turn back around and I hug him again. Jack leaves, I hear his car door shut. "I'm sorry Shawn." His chin is on top of my head. "It's alright Emalie. Are you happy with him? Because that's all that matters to me." I look up at him, "I thought I was going to be, but I'm not sure anymore." He wipes my eyes. He whispers, "if he ever hurts you, call me, if he's ever yelling at you over something dumb, like this, when you're trying to help someone, call me. I'll come and get you." I smile, "Thanks," and he walks me home. We get there, after we got ice cream of course. Haha. And we're standing on my porch. "God, you're beautiful." I blush, "Thank you." He pushes a piece of hair behind my ear, "the way Jack yelled at you for hugging me, made me want to kill him, to be honest." I laugh. He's kissing me, oh my god, Jack! I don't know what to do. He pulls away, and looks down. "I'm so sorry, I-I um." He runs his fingers through his hair. "Shawn, it's alright, Jack doesn't have to know." But when I look behind Shawn. Look who's standing there. Great.
