Confessions

Ross's POV/

          Laura, Laura, Laura, LAURA. that's the only thing I could think about. We have a long ride home I can't just not talk about her. Why did I leave Laura in her room. Why didn't I have the guts and ask her out. I couldn't take it anymore.

Ross: "Riker?"

Riker: "Yeah Ross, what's up?"

Ross: "Um... how did you know that you liked Vanessa?"

        Riker smiles remembering it like it was just recently. 

Riker:  "Well we kinda bumped into each other the it sorta went from there". 

~FLASHBACK~

Riker's POV/

          I just came back from watching the best movie. That's right, I watched "Monsters University" the best movie ever! I was thinking about it then... I bumped into this girl and she dropped all her stuff. I bend down and help her up. We both reach for one of her books. And she touches my hands. I shiver at the feeling of sparks. I look up and we gaze into eachother's eyes.

Riker: "Hi, I'm Riker".

        She then smiles at me. Hey eyes never leaving mine.

Vanessa: "Hi, I'm Vanessa, sorry for bumping into you. I wasn't looking".

        I laugh at her accepting her apology. We then get up.

Riker: "Nah, it's cool. Um, here"

        I say squatting down and picking up the rest of her papers. I get up handing her the papers again. I touch her hand by accident and she pulls it back. Probably feeling the same spark as I did.

Vanessa: "Thanks"

Riker: "So Vanessa... wanna catch another movie or something?"

        She smiles and blushes. She gave me her phone number then she left. I walk home with a smile plastered on my face.

~END OF FLASHBACK~

Ross's POV/

         Wow, that was like... love at first sight. Same with me and Laura.

Ross: "Oh so was it easy for you to ask her out or were you nervous?"

        I ask Riker. He then sighs and smiles again. 

Riker: "Actually believe it or not I was scared. She was beautiful and I really wanted to get to know her. Best day of my life when she said yes"

        I smile at my brother finding love :)

Ross: "Riker, I gotta tell ya something"

        I say with nervously. My voice was scratchy. And he knows it to.

Riker: "Talk"

        I then pour my heart out I him and he's in aweh. Hmm, never saw the romantic side of me ;)

Ross: "I kinda like Laura, scratch that I mean LOVE Laura. She's so pretty I can't help myself"

        I blurt out. He was gonna say something but I interrupted him. 

Ross: "Riker, we almost kissed! I started tickling her then she fell on the bed and we ended up leaning in. Damn I wanted my lips on her's.

        I say blushing remembering the best part of my day. I wish I didn't take it slow. Sure I just met her. But I can't help it.

Riker: "Ask her out!"

        You know what Imma do it tomorrow and we will kiss and it will be perfect. I know it. I can feel it.

Laura's POV/

      I was sitting in my room. Staring into space. Well, I was actually thinking of Ross. Ever since the talk with Vanessa I can’t think straight. I then yelled

Laura: “VANESSA!”

        She then comes into my room and sits on my bed ready for me to talk.

Vanessa: “What’s up?”

 Laura: “When do you think Ross is gonna ask me out?”

Vanessa: “I think it’s up to him for that. Oh, and I know that he likes you”

        I then look at her confused. How does she know? Or was she just guessing? I cock an eyebrow up.

Laura: “Whacha mean?”

Vanessa: “When I told Ross of what he thinks of you. He said that your funny and how he wants to be friends. Then he says he wish you and him can be more than friends. But I think he didn’t know that I heard him say that”

        I drop my mouth and jump up and down excitedly

Laura: “HE LIKES ME, HE LIKES ME!”

        Vanessa nods and smiles while I get even more excited. I decided to wait until he asks me. Hopefully its tomorrow. Then I slowly go to sleep with a huge smile on my face.

Vanessa’s POV/

      After Laura goes to sleep I grab my phone and lay on my bed. So I decide to call Riker. I missed him.

~CONVO~

Vanessa: hey Riker

Riker: hey babe what’s up?

Vanessa: do you think Ross likes Laura?

Riker: it’s funny ‘cause I was gonna ask if Laura liked Ross

Vanessa: is that a yes?

Riker: Hell yeah! He started asking me questions then I told him how you and me met and then he blurts out then he and Laura almost kissed!

Vanessa: Laura told me that to!

Riker: we should get them together

Vanessa: we should plan a perfect date for them. But first we need Ross to ask out Laura.

Riker: no need, Ross is gonna ask Laura out tomorrow

Vanessa: awesome or we could come to your place tomorrow and they can talk in Ross’s room?

Riker: that’s good. That way he can talk to the girl of his dreams and I can talk to mines ;)

Vanessa: perfect. Alright I gotta go, love you <3

Riker: love you too <3
