ANGELA

It has been two weeks since Nate and I first met. Yes, I'm calling him Nate since he calls me Angel, so it would be fair if I started calling him Nate for short.

Today classes were pretty much normal. I yelled out something inappropriate, stayed in the class to bully the teachers, ran out of classrooms. My normal school routine, but the different is that Nate is doing it with me.

"Hey, Angel." He says while throw his arm on my shoulder.

"Sup?" I turns to look at him.

"Um, I have to do something for my parents today so I won't be able to do something fun with you." He sounded like he was going to cry. "But I'll drop you off though." He smiled.

"Sure, I have Netflix anyways." I laughed. We grew closer for the past 2 weeks because everyday Emily and Mitch always left the school early and left me and Nate at school together. Not that I was complaining about it. I tried my best to not make it obvious that I like the guy. But it is so hard plus I never liked anyone before.

The car ride was boring. We didn't talked that much. Except when he told me that he'll make it up for today somehow. I didn't even care if he had something else better to do. The car ride was all I wanted from him so at least we are alone for 10-15 minutes.

"So here you go." He said as he pulled up on my drive way. He pull me to his solid chest and gently kissed my forehead like always. "Bye, Angel." He let go of me.

"Bye, Nate." I jumped out of his jeep.
As soon as I jumped out of the car already heading off. Weird. Normally, he waited until I walked into the house to make sure that I'm going to be safe. I wasn't in the place to complain.

I opened the front and find Leah standing behind the door waiting for me. "Ange..." She said softly.

"Hey, Leah..." I was staring at my feet too nervous to look at her.

She walked up to me and throw her arms around me."I'm sorry about what I said to you before..."

Honestly, I had been ignoring Leah for the past two weeks. The thing that she said cuts pretty deep but I couldn't be mad at her forever. She's the only family I have left. "It okay, Leah. I love you." I smile.

"Hunny, if there's anything I can get you to make you feel better..."

"It okay, I'm just gonna go for a walk." I gently pushed her arms away and walking off to my room.

I took my clothes off. Then I put on my sports shorts, my sports bra and put a tank top on the top of it. I grabbed my runners and started to put them on.
