NATHAN

"Nate, are you with me?" A voice echoing in my head.

"Where am I? Where's Angel?" I said quietly.

"You are at the pack house and your mate is waiting outside."

I slowly opened my eyes and found myself staring at the ceiling of my bedroom. I lowered my eyes down and Kelvin was standing next to the bed.

"How long was I out for?" I asked.

Kelvin smiled." Two days to be exactly." Two days?! I just got shot that's all, then I realised... "The silver bullet. You idiot!" My wolf yelled angrily.

I tried to sit up."Why is it so painful?" I whimpered.

He signed."Because it was a silver bullet and if I were you I'd just stay in bed." Just like my wolf told me it was silver.

But how did she got the bullet? "We don't know how she got the bullet yet but we'll talk about that later, you need to rest."

As soon as Kelvin walk off, Angel entered the room. "God, I'm so sorry." She rushed up to me. She looks exhausted but still beautiful. My Angel.

"It's okay." I smiled."God, where did you slept for the past two nights." I guess she could see how worried I was. She's my mate and the future Luna, they better make her feel like home otherwise I'll kill them.

She shook her head."No! It's not! What if I aimed the gun at your head!" Then she started yelling. "And how on earth did you expect me to rest when I'm the one who shot you!"

"But you didn't plus it was my fault." I reached for her hand. "You need to rest Angel."

"You're lucky that I almost killed you. When you gets better you have a lot of explanation to do. You need to rest." She started to walk off. "Now that you are finally awake I can go back home to sleep in my own bed."

"Please stay with me!" I yelled after her. I gave her a little smile and my typical puppy stares. It would be better if my Angel is next to me while trying to rest. I mean... Who doesn't want their mate to be next to them?

She rolled her eyes."Fine but can I text Leah first?" I nodded.

ANGELA

I pulled out my phone then start texting Leah. My heart felt more peaceful since he's awake and seemed normal. But I did shoot him.

"Hey Leah, I'm staying at a friends house 2nite don't worry bout me. Love you Ange<3"

I turned back to face Nate, the guy that I almost killed and I don't really know what he is. If I actually killed him, I would rather commit a suicide than stay alive and knowing that I let 3 people died without doing anything. But I didn't actually killed Nate, he's still alive but the wound probably painful.
