Chapter 16-christmas tree

I was sat in the ice cream parlour for quite a while before I was served because if how busy it was but I didn't mind at all because i had never been to an ice cream parlour before.

Once I was finaly served I ordered 6 cookie dough and 6 chocolate fudge ice creams so I could put some away for another time.

As I was sat looking around the walls and taking in all of the different customers I swear I saw someone peeking around the corner from we're the toilets were. I saw a shadow move across the wall closer to me but I couldn't see any one near it. I took my gaze away and stated to head for the exit, something ran behind me quickly, I spun around and... there was no one there so I scampered away from the parlour and climbed back into the bus.

It was around 3 pm when the boys got back, that was 2 more hours later than they said they would be back, at first I thought they weren't coming back that they would ditch me or something.

"Brinley!" Nialls thick accent rang through the bus. I chucked my cocoon of a bed cover off of me and sprinted towards the front of the bus and shoved myself into him tightly, I wrapped my arms around his back and he done the same to me.

"Is something wrong?" he asked

"I thought you weren't coming back" i admitted into his chest.

"Why would I not come back? we just got held up by some fans that's all" he assured me and then kissed the top of my head.

"Well I got ice cream!" I cheered and then ran back to the main part of the bus to get the ice cream, I chucked all of the pots at each of the boys and then told them there was some more in the fridge for later.

We all tucked into our ice creams and Niall put on a movie. It was only about 5 when the movie had finished and we now had nothing to do until 7 when the boys had to get ready for their first concert.

"What do we do for the next 2 hours?" Liam spoke up.

"Sleep!" zayn cheered and slumped off to his bunk.

"Eat!" Niall yelled and ran to the fridge to get his other tub of or cream and then he came back and sat beside me again.

"I'm going to go into town with Harry anyone want to come" Louis announced.

"Me!" liam called out and followed them off if the bus.

"What now?" Niall asked tucking into his ice cream.

"I don't know..." I replied honestly I had no clue!

"We could just go for a walk maybe. there's a Forrest just across the side if town not far away." Niall suggested. I nodded my head eagerly and collected my other tub of ice cream.

I started walking to the front of the bus again and soon met up with Clive who was sat on his phone.

"Me and Niall are heading over to the Forrest, Liam Harry and Louis have gone into the town and zayn is asleep in the back... again!' I laughed and then handed him the tub of ice cream that was unopened in my hands.

"Thank you Brinley you really didn't have to do that" he thanked me.

"But I wanted to" I told him then smiled at him he returned it and then I left to put on my shoes.

"You might need a coat" Niall suggested.

"I don't have one" I said embarrassed.

"Here have mine" he offered me.

"I don't want yours, you will get cold"

"I don't want you to get cold"

"If you take my coat and I will take an extra jumper, deal?"

"Deal!" I said putting on his coat and taking his hand in mine before we stepped off of the bus and into the cold air, it was so much colder than it was before when I went to get the ice cream.

"Told you that you needed a jumper" Niall laughed taking my hand in his.

"And I told you that you should wear a jumper as well" I said back.

"And I also told you that I would take you on a date sometime" Niall said cheekily, I remember when we were back in the bathroom on the bus and he told me he would take me on a date with him sometime when they were free.

"Yeah well your career comes first, so I will go on a date with you when your not so busy" I stated waking along the path way passing all of the shops and looking into the windows.

"Is this you trying to tell me that you don't want to go on a date with me"

I wasn't saying that at all.

"No of course not I wasn't saying that I swear" I panicked.

"I was joking" Niall laughed at me amused by my reaction.

"Ha ha very funny" I said sarcastically. I stopped and looked into one of the shop windows. there it was right at the front of the display window shining brightly all decorated and shining with a star placed on the top. my mouth fell open.

"Is that a Christmas tree?" I asked Niall he looked at me in amazement.

"Yeah"

"It's beautiful" I exclaimed. "I've never seen a Christmas tree before!"

"You bein' serious?"

"Yeah donte never let me have a Christmas tree and when the schools and parks got all decorated he would make me stay inside, in my room and not come out, wasnt even aloud in the garden to see the snow, he said I didn't deserve Christmas if my mum didn't get to see that Christmas"

"He's an ass hole" Niall said gritted teeth.

"Tell me something I don't know!" I sighed.

"Well you know what?" Niall asked.

"What?"

"This year at Christmas, I'm going to take you up north, in the mountains and the hills, get a cabin, we are going to have the best Christmas tree"

"You mean it?" I checked.

"I promise"

"I love you"

"I love you too" he replied. "And before Christmas before we go to the cabin I'm going to take you to London. we can go Christmas shopping, get presents and see all of the lights, it's going to be the best Christmas ever!"

"Sure is" I smiled. I hadn't realised it but we had made our way to the Forrest all ready. we were now walking down a small little path way of sticks and twigs and into the trees that were all clumped together like a family, something I had only just got.

"There's a pond somewhere down here, I remember it from last time, I came down here by myself last year on our up all night tour, there were little ducklings and they took my sandwich" he said adorably.

"Well do you think it's still here?"

"Last time I checked ponds don't just dissapear but you never know." He chuckled, oh his laughter, it makes me feel happy. don't you ever get that, when some one laughs you just can't help but feel happy and laugh along with them.

"Come on then, you think to much" Niall said tugging me along the path, the trees blew in the breeze and the leaves on the floor flew around everywhere.

"I do not think to much, maybe I just have a lot to think about!" I protested.

"Yeah I guess so." Niall laughed again yet again making me laugh along.

"See there it is!" he yelled running up to the small little pond and kneeling down beside the bank on the grass. "come on" he said patting the spot beside him.

"At least you don't have any sandwiches this time" I joked earning a glare from Niall but soon enough we were both laughing and watching ducks swim around the pond quacking.
