A change of heart

"Are you sure going there is a good idea?" Manu asks me as I throw some clothes on the bed. I walk back and forth from my closet to my bed. Putting clothes on top of clothes. While, Manu just sitting on my bed watching my every move.

"Manu, I want to start fresh. With this stuff that's been happening, I just want time to get on with my life. That is why I'm going to Bora Bora by myself" I said, rolling up my clothes and putting them in the suitcase.

"I get that and I'm glad that Marcel let you but I don't want you to go alone. That scares me! You know how much I care for you?!" Manu exclaim which making me jump.

"Manu! Don't scream! You know I hate it when you scream!" I playfully punch his shoulder. Which made Manu laugh which making me laugh. I look at Manu and then jump on top of him, giving him a tight hug.

"Manu, I love you" I said. He looks at me and hug me tighter. I know he was surprise since the last time I said I love you Manu was in high school since then I grew up and stop saying that to anyone.

"Alright, to be careful out there! Don't do anything stupid! That means no getting pregnant when you come back!" Manu sternly said. I can't help it but smile. Manu act more like my dad than my real dad.

"Okay, I'm going to leave you so you can get your stuff ready. Rob said he's coming to drop you off at the airport because I have an interview with a magazine soon. I'll FaceTime you later" Manu give me a kiss on my forehead and left.

I continue packing my suitcase, adding my makeup and skin care in my suitcase. I check the time on my phone it was 2:45 and my flight is leaving in an hour. I check it everything on my checklist making sure I got everything I needed for four days. I check my phone just in case Robert had text me turns out he texted me about five minutes ago.

"SHIT!" I yelled and start getting my stuff together, rushing through everything.

The next thing I know Robert was banging on the door. Robert is so impatient like if you tell him you going to get ready in five minutes he wouldn't stand five minutes. I love him no matter what.

I ran downstairs to open the door for Robert, "I'M SORRY ROBERT!" I yelled. Robert had his hands in his waist. He was mad, but then he smile and mess my hair up.

"Take the time you need, as long as I got to spend time with you then I'm okay" he smile and went to my kitchen. I check him before I moved on, is he okay?

"Okay?" I said to myself.

"Just know that you won't be lonely when you're going there okay?" Robert smirk when he unload the car. I laugh out loud because I know he's joking.

"How long you're going to be there?" He close the trunk and take the cart, following me.

"Four days" I said, looking through the terminal.

"Promise me you'll be safe?" Robert stop me and stare at me in the eyes. I look deeply in his blue eyes, which remind me of Joshua. I whimpered and look away.

"I promise" I said and hug him.

"Okay, let's go or else you're going to miss your flight" I nod and search through the terminals.

Finally it took us 7 minutes to find my terminal. Luckily, we made it on time just as the people have arrived. When we got there, I search through the crowd of people a familiar eyes I spot.

It was David. He had his luggage in his hands and passport on the other. I was confused. David eyes met mine, he smile and walk over to us.

"I told you, you're not going there by yourself" Robert smile.

"Hey Ary" David smile and hug me. I was too confuse at the moment I only gave him a half a hug.

"I'm coming with you to Bora Bora" David smirk and wiggle his eyebrows at me. It made me laugh.

"Last call to flight 437 to Bora Bora" the lady in the speaker said. I look at Robert who was about to cry.

"Rob, I'll FaceTime you later. Go on before you start crying" I said. He nod and hug me, I hug him back. He kissed my cheeks and left. I took my suitcase and walk to the desk, giving the lady my ticket. David followed behind me.

"We going to have fun" David giggle like a girl. I don't know if I should be worried or I should be excited.

Sorry I haven't been posting, I've been busy with school but I tried to fix my schedule. For those who haven't check my message board go look at it because there's some important things that I want you guys to hear.
