The morning after

Ary

I woke up to the sound of the wave and David's snoring. I open my eyes to look around the room, adjusting the cover over my body. I pick up my shorts and put it on. I walk to the deck to open the door so the breeze could come in.

And no, nothing happened last night, it just that we kissed...that's about it.

I smell the salty air and smile. Sad to say that today is our last day. I was glad to be here, I enjoyed every single thing here. I look back at David who was sleeping on my bed. I smile and run to the bed.

"DAVID!" I yelled and jump on the bed, making him chocked on his breath and wake up.

"What?!" He yelled, looking around to see what's going on.

"We're going back to GERMANY!!" I yelled and jump more. David roll his eyes and went back to sleep.

"Let's go, our flight is leaving. I miss home! I miss my bed, my car, the boys and my cat!" I said and sigh.

"You don't have a cat" David said. I look down at him and smile showing my teeth with it.

"I know" I breathe out and jump out of the bed.

"Shall we swim one more time before we have to catch our flight?" I ask David, holding my hand out for him to join.

"RACE YOU" He yelled, throwing the cover over my head. I heard his footsteps passing next to me. For a short girl, this blanket is sure is huge. I tried so hard to take it off but I can't. I walk slowly but struggling to take this shit of a cover won't come off.

I trip over the door frame and fell on my side, the wooden deck hurt my side. "Fuck!" I said, then I heard a splash. David already went in the water. That loser! Didn't even fucking wait for me.

"Hey! Can't you see I'm stuck" I yelled, giving up. I wait for David to respond.

"HELLO!?" I yelled.

"DAVID!"

Ugh.

I will murder this man! I stand up, trying to get the cover off and it finally come off. I look out at the view and smile.

"HELL YES!" I cheered, finally got the cover off. I throw away the bed sheet on the chair and climb up the railing.

"I'M COMING AFTER YOU DAVID! THANKS FOR HELPING ME!" I yelled and jump into the water.

* * *

"DAVID LOOK MY HOME!" I said, pointing out the window. David look at me and then look out.

"Watch the boys not going to be there when we land" David smirk and look down o his phone.

"HEY! I know my uncle will be there!" I hit David's arm.

"I can't wait to see them" I clap my hands together in excitement.

"Yeah, yeah" David said and put back his headphones.

Will he be there?

*15 minutes later*

"I told you they're going to be here!" I slap David's head.

"WELCOME BACK ARY!" The boys yelled.

I wait until the escalator reach the bottom so I could give Manu a hug first. Once I was down, I ran full speed and jump on Manu. He picks me up and hug me tight.

"I miss you little one!" He whispered in my ears.

"Uh excuse me, I did too" Douglas said. I laugh and hug him too.

"Me too!" Robert's voice spoke up. I look behind Douglas to see Robert. I miss him the most. I ran up to him and hug the living hell out of his body.

"Uh excuse me, David Alaba is here too. So someone has to give me a hug" David yelled.

"I miss you a lot Rob! Like a lot!" I said and hug him tighter. He did too. "Same here little one" He chuckles and put me down.

"What happen to your cheek?" Robert hold my face. I blush and look away from his light blue eyes.

"David throw the bed cover over my body and it got tangled up so I tried to walk to the deck but trip over the door frame and fell on my side. In the end, blame David" I look at David who was shyly looking away.

"Well you're okay so let's home" Robert said. His home or my home I'm okay with which ever.

"We have a welcome back party for you" Thomas yelled. All of the sudden everyone groan.

"Thomas! Why in the world would you said that?" Manu look at him. I laugh.

"I'll be back in going to use the bathroom" I told Robert and make my way to the restroom.

After I did all my business, I walk out of the bathroom to find the boys. On my way there I heard someone called me.

"Ary!" I turn around to see it was Josh.

Why would he be here?

Should I stay or should I go?

Do I say I back or just ignore him? Eventually he's going to be leaving.

I wait for a few seconds for him to leave but he didn't he walk closer to me. I want to move I can't, I want to say something but I can't.

"Hey Ary" he smile at me. Don't look into his eyes. I can't help it but look into his eyes. It feels like I'm falling back in love with him all over again.

"I just want you to know that welcome home. We all missed you, everyone did" he laughs. I smile, did he miss me too.

"Look, I have no time to talk to you but I have to go" I said, I was about to leave. Joshua grab a hold of my hand. His fingertips leaving chills all over my body.

"Don't go, I need to tell you something" I turn around for him to say it.

"Look, I know I was a dick but I'm sorry for what I did to you before. I wasn't thinking, it just that when I'm around you I feel like I'm a whole new person. I just- I just want you to know that I like you" he said.

"What?" Was all I can say.

"I like you Ary" he said again.
