Chapter Five

I had to blink my eyes a couple times to make sure I wasn't seeing things. It felt like my heart has stopped.
"Saeran?"
"Hahahaha. You finally noticed me. Took you long enough."
"What happened to you.." I could barely get the words out of my mouth.
"Don't ask such a stupid question when you already know the answer!" I saw him tighten his grip on Sonia's arm. Her face cringed in pain. She had her hand where Saeran held his tight grip, trying to get him to let her go.

"Saeran, please, let her go and let's talk about this please..." I held my hand out towards Sonia.
"Seven.." she said.
"Isn't that just cute. Hahahaha. I'm not going to let her go. She's either coming with me, or she's gonna get killed right here in front of you."
"Seven!" Sonia screamed as Saeran pulled his arm over her chest and placed her against his body.
"Saeran stop!" I yelled also taking a step forward to them.

Saeran pulled a knife out of his pocket and held it up to her neck
"You get any closer and my knife will do damage!"
"Sonia..don't worry I'll get you out safely." I told her.
"Cute. Now say you're last words to each other before I either kill her, or take her with me."
"Seven, I love you, I always have!" Sonia yelled out to me. "Get out of here and save yourself! Seven go!"

"I've decided what I'm going to do. Since you're just staying there." Saeran said.

"Seven...please..."

"Say goodbye to her Luciel!" Saeran lifted the knife closer to her neck.

I ran over to them at full speed. I'm not letting her get killed. And not letting Saeran get away.
