Caught In The Snow

Hi guys ^-^
I just want to say sorry because this oneshot may sound rushed.
Anyway, I how you enjoy this oneshot ^-^

(Serena's POV)

Ash has just lost against Wulfric and he doesn't seem himself.
I want to go talk to him but he probably just needs some time alone.
Right now we're all in the Pokecentre waiting for Ash's Pokemon to recover.
Nurse Joy walks in.
"Hi Ash, your Pokemon should be fine in the morning ok." She says. "Ok." Ash replies.
He still seems upset so when I get the chance I'm going to speak to him.
Ash stands up and grabs his jacket.
"Ash where are you going? It's too late to go outside." I say. "I'm just going to get some fresh air, I'll be back soon." "Um, ok."
This is my chance to speak to him.
As he closes the door I get up and throw my coat on.
"Where are you going Serena?" Clemont asks. "I'm going to speak to Ash, he hasn't been himself today so I'm going to see if he's alright." "Uh, ok."
I walk out the Pokemon Centre and the cold air hits my face.
I see Ash sitting on a fallen tree just outside the Pokecentre.
I walk up to him and sit down next to him.
"Are you ok Ash, you haven't been yourself today."
He ignores me.
"I know how you feel Ash, I felt like this when I lost my master clas-" "YOU DON'T KNOW HOW I FEEL SERENA!" Ash stands up and shouts at me.
My heart shatters.
Ash just shouted at me.
I felt anger and sadness rise up at the same.
"How do you feel then!" I shout back, standing up as well. "That's none of your business."
He turns away from me.
I couldn't take this anymore.
This isn't the Ash I know.
I pick up a handful of snow in each hand and launch one at Ash.
It hits him straight in the back of the head.
He turns his head and I hit him in the face with the other handful of snow.
"You aren't the Ash I know. The Ash I know is helpful and kind. AND HE NEVER GIVES UP TILL IT'S OVER!"
I grab some snow and throw it at him again then I run off, tears pouring from my face.
I run and run, not even caring where I'm going.
My tears blur my vision.
I see something coming towards me.
I don't have enough time to stop so I smash straight into it.
My vision goes even more blurry and I collapse onto the floor.
My head was pounding and I felt like I was spinning.
The world around me went black.

(Ash's POV)

"You aren't the Ash I know. The Ash I know is helpful and kind. AND HE NEVER GIVES UP TILL IT'S OVER!" Serena shouts at me then runs into the forest crying.
I've never seen Serena cry before.
I shouldn't have shouted at her, that was the most stupidest thing EVER!
I should go find her, but not now, she probably needs time to calm down.
I walk inside the Pokecentre.
"Hey guys, I feel better now, sorry if I was any trouble." I say. "No, you weren't any trouble at all Ash, we're just glad that you're back." Clemont replies.
Bonnie looks at me with a confused expression.
"Where's Serena?" She asks. "Serena's gone in the forest, but I'm sure she'll be back soon."
Clemont then spoke up.
"I'm going to put Bonnie to bed and then I'm going to get some shut eye as well so see you in the morning Ash." "Ok Clemont, see you in the morning."
I sit down on one of the couches that were in the Pokecentre.
I wonder if Serena's alright.
I've never seen her cry before so I must have really hurt her.
Maybe I should go look for her, it's getting really dark now.
I stand up and run into the forest.
"Serena!" I shout, but get no reply.
I walk through the forest constantly shouting, but every time I get no reply.
I start to run.
I'm getting worried now.
What if she's hurt, what if someone's kidnapped her.
"SERENA!!" I scream.
My voice echoes through the forest.
Snow starts to fall from the sky, a small breeze joining it.
I look to my left and see something pink thought the trees.
"Serena!!" I shout and run up to her.
My heart freezes.
Serena was lying unconscious on the floor, a giant wound trickling with blood on her forehead.
I rush up to her and shake her shoulders.
"Serena, Serena please wake up!"
I feel her face.
It was stone cold.
I need to get some help, and fast!
I pick her up, bridal style, and start to run towards the Pokecentre.
The wind is stronger then it was before and the snow was getting thicker by the minute.
I should find a cave before this weather turns into a blizzard.
I start scanning the area and spot a small cave at the bottom of a large cliff.
Perfect.
I run into the cave and make my way to the back of it, holding Serena tighter to keep her as warm as possible.
I place her down on a ledge and sit down on a large rock beside her.
I touch her face to check her temperature.
She was still freezing.
I need to get some wood.
I look outside to see a wave of snow zoom past.
There's no way I'm going out there.
I look over to Serena to see her shivering.
I pick her up and cradle her in my arms.
"Please be ok Serena, I'm sorry for everything, I shouldn't have shouted at you. I'M SORRY!"
A tear drops from my eye and onto Serena's face.
She slowly opens her eyes.
"A-Ash?!" "I'm so sorry Serena! I shouldn't have shouted at you!" "I-It's o-ok."
She smiles at me.
"Now we need to get you warm, you're shivering like hell!" "I can ask Braixen to keep us warm." "That's a great idea Serena."
She digs her hand into her pocket and pulls out Braixen's Pokeball.
Braixen appears from her Pokeball.
"Braixen could you help us keep warm please?"
Braixen nods and pulls the stick out her tail.
The warmth of the flames hits my cheeks and I feel myself spring back to life.
Serena huddles closer onto to my lap and rests her head on my chest.
I could see her cheeks turn pink.
"Is it ok if I sit here Ash?" She asks.
I nod.
For some reason I liked Serena being there.
Probably because I'm cold.
I lean against the hard cave wall and close my eyes.
I hear Braixen push her twig into the wall and sit down beside me.
I then feel myself drift off into a deep sleep.

~Time Skip~

I open my eyes to see Serena still sleeping on me.
For the first time I realize how adorable Serena looks when she's sleeping.
Wait.
I just called her adorable!
What is wrong with me!
I see her shuffle a bit then open her eyes.
"Morning Serena." I say happily.
She looks at me then sharply turns away.
I see her face turn a bright red.
"Hey Serena are you ok?" I say, placing my hand on her forehead.
Her face turns an even darker red.
"I-I'm f-fine A-Ash." She stutters, standing up and walking to the entrance of the cave.
"Hey Ash, maybe we should get back to the Pokecentre, Bonnie and Clemont are probably really worried." Serena says.
I suppose she's right.
"Ok, let's get going then."
Serena returns Braixen and we make our way to the Pokecentre.
This was definitely a rememberable experience.
