Chapter Four: The Palace

*ALLISON'S POV*

I sat down at the random lunch table, watching Harry and Cassidy make out at a lunch table. I made a face as seeing Harry dip his tongue in her mouth. I literally gagged on my chips that I was eating. I looked away, sitting all by myself. Harry Styles had the nerve to do that at a lunch room where people are trying to eat, not loose their cookies. I shook my head as eating my burger. 

"Can I sit here?" I heard a think Irish accent and I looked up seeing a blond boy, smiling.

"Sure" I said, shrugging

"Thank goodness. The only seat available is at the make out table and I am not going  over there. Ever" The boy said and I laughed

"Even if a cute girl wanted to make out with you?" I said

"I would take that some place else. Not in a lunch room. Also, I mean how romantic is that?" The boy said and he took a big bite of his burger. He then started talking with his mouth full "Oh, I am so rude. I'm Niall Horan"

"Aly Smith" I said as staring at Niall take monster bites.

"Gosh this burger is sick!" Niall grumbled, his mouth full of another bite.

"Well, what did you expect? Gourmet burgers at a school cafeteria?" I asked and Niall nodded, realizing I was right.

I kept watching Niall eat and it was truly sickening. He reminded me of my brother when he eats. I'm just praying he won't laugh and food will come out of his nose. "Niall, don't scare off Aly." I heard a girl say and I recognized it was Charlotte. 

"I'm just eating." Niall said.

"Exactly." Charlotte said as making a disgusted face as Niall ate his last bite of his burger. Charlotte turned to me "Sorry about my friend here. He eats like a pig. Never mind, he's worse then a pig." 

"HEY!" Niall yelled and I laughed

"Oh god. Harry is at it again." Charlotte said and Niall rolled his eyes as nodding

"Does he do that with Cassidy every day?" I asked

"Oh he does it every day but every week it's a different girl" Charlotte said "Cassidy and him have been dating for a week. They are gonna break up soon."

"Well duh. Harry has never been with a girl for longer then 4 months." Niall said

"He lasted four months with a girl?" I said shocked

"Yeah. It's actually kind of sad. In his last year of middle school he found this girl and they were madly in love. They were truly perfect for each other really. Then, four months after they started dating, she died in a car crash." Charlotte whispered

"That's when he became an jerk" Niall said

"He used to be so sweet." Charlotte shrugged

"How come I didn't hear that?" I asked

"Oh...most kids here haven't been in the same classes and school as Harry except us really.....Most kids don't talk about it and Harry pretends it never even happened" Charlotte said. "It's actually so sad...But he still didn't have to turn into a complete player and arse"

I turned to look at Harry who was now walking off to another table with a whole bunch of dumb idiots. Harry looked over at me, winked, and I turned around, rolling my eyes. "I can't believe I have to dealw ith him tonight" I said

"Why do you have to deal with him?" Niall asked

"Cassidy got under my skin and I want to drive her insane by going to Harry's stupid party" I mumbled and Charlotte and Niall gasped. "What?"
