Chapter 2: Meet a new friend

Rein's POV

   I was kind of surprise because me and Dan became fast friend. I don't know why but I feel really comfortable when i'm with him.

   We were now infront of our classroom, Dan being a gentleman opened the door and let me enter and he followed behind. The room was filled with noisy students. We looked around and spotted two empty seats. We sat their. I was sitting beside the window while Dan was seating beside me. A petite girl with blonde hair and hazel eyes was sitting infront of me while a boy with brown hair, gray eyes and tanned skin was sitting behind me. Not long enough, Mr. Garcia entered the room. He was assigned to teach us history and it really bores me.

    Not to be boastful or anything, but i'm a straight A student. Which means I have no problem with my academics. But to set the record straight, I'm not a NERD. I'm smart and a book lover but I don't wear nerd outfits like big thick glasses, braces, and oversized t-shirts. I'm quite fashionable if u ask me..

   My thoughts were interrupted when I saw the girl infront of ne drop her pen. And I can tell that she hasn't notice it. I picked it up and I tapped her shoulder lightly.

Rein: Excuse me, miss, u drop you're pen. -handed her pen-
Gail: Thank u, my name's Flora Gail Hinata. -smiles-
Rein: Nice to meet u, i'm Rein Sapphire. -smiles back-

    After thar little introduction, I focused my attention to our teacher. Not long enough, the class was finally done. It was break time.

    Me and Dan were about to leave when Gail approached us.
Gail: Hi Rein
Rein: Hey, Gail. Umm Gail this is Daniel, Daniel this is Gail. -they shook hands-

Dan's POV

   I met this girl named Gail. She was pretty but not as beautiful as Rein. Hehe, here i'm thinking of her again eventhough were together.

Gail: Well, I just drop by to say thank you and hi. Its really nice to meet u Daniel.
Dan: its nice to meet u too.

'yes! some alone time with Rein' I thought.

   We went to the cafeteria and bought snacks. We found an empty table and sat down.

Dan: So Kid, what are you're hobbies?
Rein: Will u stop calling me kid? -playfully punches Dan's shoulder-
Dan: well, maybe if u stop acting like one, maybe i'll reconsider. -jokingly-
Rein: you're the one acting like a child. -chuckles-
Dan: am not.
Rein: am too. -giggles-
Dan: am not.
Rein: am too. -stucks my tongue out-

   Me and Rein we're joking around when Gail decided to join us.
Gail: Sorry to disturb your date, but can I join u guys?

   Hearing the word 'Date' made me blush. She also blushed. 'she looks cute when she blushes' I thought.

Rein: Wait, Gail! This isn't a date. Right, Dan? -blushes-
Dan: umm, yeah. -also blushes-
Gail: Well, that's a pity because u two look so cute together.

   We just blushed and looked the other way..
