Chapter Ten: Flashing Lights

Finally I've reached the tenth chapter! Shout out to everyone who didn't stop at the first, I appreciate it a lot😊.

I trailed behind him until we approached the corner.

I gawked at the vehicle in front of me.

How many vehicles did he own?.

I don't even own one.

Not realizing I said it out aloud I heard him reply 'seven'.

I just said 'oh'.

He reached in his pocket and unlocked the doors, as I was walking over to the back I heard him say

'Hey the front seat is available'.

To which I replied

'I may be driving with you but there is still a possibility that I may crash and die'.

O...k maybe I was a little dramatic... Just a little.

'My car my rules' he then said.

I was about to shove my middle finger in His face and say fxck this.

But of course I held my tongue I really needed the ride which is why I replied with a 'fine'.

He looked taken aback like he couldn't believe my response.

What can I say? Expect the unexpected.

I changed route and as I was about to open the door to the front seat I saw him rush over holding it open for me.

'For you' he said I stared at him for a moment to see if he would slam it and say 'gotcha' but he didn't I said thanks and slid in.

He went into the drivers side pushing the keys in the ignition I jumped when the engine roared to life.

You should've expected that.

Oh shut up.

I put my seatbelt on and he stared at me like a lunatic.

What?.

I didn't say anything and neither did he.

We drove off in silence... For a while.

I thought we were going to drive in silence two words.

Big mistake.

'Where to' he first asked.

I could feel eyes on me, so I looked over to where he was and he was staring at me.

'What are you doing?!' I shouted ' keep your eyes on the road'.

'How am I supposed to talk to you then?'.

Does he talk through his eyes or something?.

'You don't have to look at me to talk' I said
